WORTH CONSIDERING OF ELDERLY ETC PERSONS
It is really a good product and fulfilling the purpose of buying it. Can be used with normal SIM. Bought for my sister who is mentally challenged and who cant handle a mobile while talking with sensitive screen and pressing of buttons while talking through mobile. Very handy for her to just lift the receiver and answer calls when needed.

WORST PRODUCT
I bought this phone based on good reviews. It worked as expected for about 4 months and suddenly stopped working. Phone stopped recognizing the SIM card all of a sudden. The same SIM card works just fine in another phone and was tested in at least two different phones. It is the unit that no longer recognizes the SIM in either SIM slot (the phone has two SIM slots.) This is a very poorly made product and is just not worth the hassel. Their customer support is 100% unresponsive and won't help at all. Local repair stores can't fix the phone either. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Sound quality is not satisfactiory
Till now phone is working good, radio is good and some extra options like text messages, alarm, call logs, phone book is good.. Sound quality is not satisfactiory.

I recommend this product.
Pacakge was delivered on time. Versy easy to assemble, the user manual is simple and explains using simple diagrams. The network signal can be adjusted using the provided antenna. Have been using it for two months and not come across any issue. I would recommend this product for shop or any business office and even good for home use. It is portable, the battery life is just awesome. The scheduled on off features are just too great. It saves battery life and acts as a do not disturb just set the working hours and you are ready to go.
