Every element works great. Perfect pot of drip coffee, great espresso, steamed milk is on point, and the single serve feature with a reusable pod that I bought separately worked as expected. Easy to use and exactly what I was looking for.

I feel like a barista using this coffee maker. Does a lot for being so compact. Fit well on my counter. However the lid only opens half way when making a pot cause it hits the bottom of the cabinet. Easy to just move out a little bit so still give it a 5 star.

I purchased this machine with high hopes, but it turned out to be an absolute joke. After just five months, it stopped working with both K-Cups and espresso pods. When brewing a pot of coffee, every other time the grounds overflow and the entire pot ends up all over the counter.Cuisinart’s support was no help at all—they offered to send a new K-Cup holder, which clearly wouldn’t fix the multiple issues I described. Amazon wasn’t any better. It’s frustrating that these companies sell expensive products but refuse to stand behind them when they fail prematurely.I understand that businesses need to make a profit, but in my experience, if I deliver a faulty product, I do everything I can to make it right—including offering a full refund if necessary. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of accountability from major corporations like Cuisinart and Amazon.

We are really happy with this coffee machine. It checks all of our boxes (features desired , price, ease of use) . I like easy and the buttons are simple. I like the idea of the carafe but the option of using a pod. I also bought (not included) an empty pod to fill with own coffee when I am in a hurry. The steamer works good to heat and froth up drinks. I love the option of the hot water as well (also a tea drinker)! We have not used Espresso feature. It is a nice size and not too clunky. Enjoy!

I wanted a coffee machine that did everything. This one tries and I think does better than most but, it is noisy, and the lever for opening and closing is very difficult when using espresso pods.

We love that it takes the place of 3 small appliances!

We absolutely love this coffee maker, Works perfect when you don't want to make a full pot everyday.It's a little noisy when the coffee is being made but not too bad.
