Depends on the size of the trees but you mostly only need a 15ml scoop per plant

Can this be used on bare root Laurel hedging?

Yes certainly. But it also comes with a bag of concentrated liquid which you can mix into a paste. It’s far better option to soak your bare root plants in that solution. The only downside is that the bag of solution will be enough for a forest so there is a lot of waste if you use it for a few plants.
