They received their payment and delivered. I am happy with the product, although description and photo in the F101 user manual states that there is an ear phone socket, there is none. the information states that there is a connection wire from my old Apple 6 phone insert port, to the F101 as a continuous cable from phone to phone, no one ever heard of this, although it is on the start up instructions. I like the phone and if it doesn't work later on then that would be money wasted. I am not going to Amazon, I have no Confidence in their help line services, and the retailer would not get my thanks or recommendation to others. My conclusion, on line buying is a permanent nightmare for me with Amazon. It is not the Company, but some of its helpline staff sluggishness and lack of coherence is the main issue. If no problems occur with Amazon Customers, Don't hold your breath, it will happen at some point in your trusted beliefs.

This was bought for my 86 year old father. He is so happy with the phone. The screen is large and clear and the buttons feel robust and visible. The volume is amazing, he has very poor hearing and is over the moon that he can hear clearly and can speak to family again. He has tried several mobile phones non of which have been any good for his hearing and sight problems until this one. He says that being large and robust he knows it is in his pocket. A winner on all counts, I highly recommend this mobile phone.

They may not be revolutionary, but they get the job done effectively.One useful feature is the SIM slots, making it convenient to juggle work and personal life on one phone. Navigation is easy with GPS and Glonass, which are handy during my weekend hikes. This phone isn't just a piece of technology; it's a companion for both work and play.

This phone is claimed to be military grade and extra strong and durable. It was dropped once not from high and the screen smashed on the to 1st drop. Yet it claims and I quote ". And with its rugged, durable construction, you can rest assured that your phone will survive even the toughest drops and bumps.this phone also features advanced shock-absorption technology, which helps protect it from damage caused by impacts and vibrations." it has been miss sold severely and wouldn't buy or recommend

I purchased this phone to replace my Motorola moto g7 power so that's my main point of reference.1. Battery. I don't have a way to directly measure the true capacity, but the handset lasts about as long as the g7, which had a 5000mAh battery. Around 3 days at my use level - ok.2. Screen. I was drawn to this device as it has a smaller screen than the other gargantuan handsets. It's still way too big, but you can just about use it with one hand, which hasn't been possible for a while with the giant 6+ inch screens.3. Inaccurate description. The description states that google pay is supported, it is not - This device does not have an NFC device. The description also states stereo sound, but as you can see from the pictures, there's only one speaker. Its mono only, but it is loud.

The phone was bought as a birthday gift but ordered in the last minute. It was delivered fast and well packed, came exactly as it was described. We were told it was the best gift ever as it ticked all the boxes of a phone he wanted - dual sims, waterproof, large storage, stylish looking etc. So overall a very happy purchase and definitely good value for money.

This phone is very-very slow, I can't even use it for any function, the battery is also not so good. The picture quality is bad too. Very disappointed. I want to send it back, as it is useless, but I am outside of the UK yet.. I hope I can send it back soon so I can receive my money back.

I'm relatively impressed with the quality for the price so far, but its processing speed is frustratingly slow.Disappointed with the camera functions, and again very slow.I also feel I'll have to be really careful not to scratch the camera lenses and they stick out. No protective film is provided for the cameras and despite searching haven't found one to buy yet.Sound quality is OK. Bear in mind if you use/try the underwater camera function, the speaker will sound watery for a while until it dries, so don't do it if you're planning any phone calls!Battery life seems good, take a while to charge up. Bulky, heavy, but thats to be expected
