Symphony Jumbo 41 Litre Air Cooler (White)

Positives: We have specifically bought the product for our Bedroom (120sqft. Approx.) Although the same worked in our Hall (180sqft. Approx.) comfortably. Researched a lot of product and later zeroed on it. Noise level is quite low. It throws air to maximum area in the room - Swing action add more to it. Portability is a plus... You can take it anywhere in around your home. Low power consuming motor 110watts only- Great when you have only option to keep your room cool whole day in upto 48 degree celcius with tight budgets. Stand/Trolly is detachable and can be assembled wherever you want it to be. Negatives: Water tank capacity only 41ltrs - Insufficient for whole night (Count 8 hours sleep without any disturbance) Symphony should have provided float valve at such premium price. Conclusion: Great Product... Simply Go Ahead and Buy. Note: This is not a spot cooler... It can sufficiently & comfortably cool rooms upto 200sqft. Don't go for flashy designed Remote Controlled Coolers. Cooling is most important after everything. Amazon delivered it within 4 days of being ordered and in good condition & packaging despite showing 6 days time. Impressed..

Dear Mr. Bezos, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a product I recently purchased. The item is severely lacking in functionality, specifically the advertised remote controls, which are completely missing. This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise against purchasing this product. I am writing to request a refund for the purchase I made of your Coller Trolly and Remote Control set. I am not satisfied with the products, as the trolly and remote are both malfunctioning and do not work as expected. The trolly keeps getting stuck and the remote control is unresponsive, making the set unusable. This is very disappointing, as I was looking forward to using these items. I feel that I did not receive the quality I paid for, and I would like to return the products and receive a full refund. Please let me know the next steps I need to take to initiate this refund. I ordered this product as my friend recommended this product. And he has been using it since last 5 years. This cooler actually covers double bed size area perfectly. My height is 5.9 feet and the cooler with stand is around 4.5 feet. Noise is less. Quality of product is good . Stand is too short. Give proper cross ventilation. But very late product delivery . It took around 20 days to deliver my order by chill india pvt. Ltd. I requested to cancel this product and next day i received it.

41 liter is a good size for my drawing room. Ots not too big to occupy space and not to small and gives sufficient cooling. Its not a desert cooler so don't expect it will blow you away. Works great if you set it in your direction. Tank capacity is good for 5 to 6 hours. Stand is a bit flimsy and castros gets deformed when tank is full. So avoid moving between rooms when ita full. This product has made life better in hot ahmedabad summers and top floor house when fan will only give hot air. Ots a good buy.

It’s a mini desert with fan so noise level is less. U can sleep peacefully. It requires cross ventilation for effective cooling. It won’t cool the room but it’ll provide cool breeze. It’ll be more effective with ice or chilled water. There is little difference in fan speeds and it has drain valve at the bottom which is inconvenient to open. Also material of drain valve is of poor quality. Stand is also of poor quality. Other than this, cooler works fine. It is sufficient for 2 persons and will work in a medium sized room. Also it is easy to handle. No remote control is required.

Good product from symphony. It will suit for small room. Noise level low. This have no remote. Water if u fill full tank overnight run. Try to open windows if u have quite opposite. Then u will know the value of the product . Conclusion. If u touch cooler sides when it's running u will get earthing... (Shock)

Guys, the product is not a useful one. Amazon has many T&C’s not to give solution after purchasing the product. We cannot return the product when the product performance is not good enough. We can’t upgrade, we cannot get replaced. Symphony we had some expectations when you say Jumbo product. It’s not even suitable for 2 people. It’s waste of spending money on this product. Don’t get cheated after purchasing this. And amazon whatever the trust we had all these years, we just lost that trust with one product experience. Folks I would personally suggest not to go with electronics purchase on amazon. T&C’s applicable for everything where as no other company has. Not a value for money product. Better go for ceiling fan by spending 2500/- that gives better performance and better experience.

I've been using this cooler for over a month now and here are few pros and cons: Pros: very low noise level, its almost soundless, very effective cooling, mobile as can be moved easily anywhere, good air throw and room coverage, swing plus cool function works well for large halls. Cons: tank capacity of 41 lit is too less, won't last for the entire night (7-8 hrs), trolley supplied is too flimsy and looks like plastic will crack soon, can't open from anyside for cleaning purpose, drain valve supplied at bottom is the only way to clean, water buoy / float does not give accurate water level most of the times and you would end up with overflowing water if not closed on time.
