Let me start off by saying. No, I did not get paid for this review or given any free product. I'm just a girls girl who is trying to help others out because lord knows it's hard to find real reviews and I don't know about yall, but I'm tired of buying stuff that simply doesn't work 😭 Now, when it comes to lip stains, I’m always on the hunt for a product that not only delivers a stunning color but also lasts through everything! Meals, drinks, and of course smooches with my hubby 😂. I recently tried the mauve lip stain/peel, and I'm not gonna lie it completely exceeded my expectations! So let me share my experience and give you some tips and tricks 😘. First of.... PREP YOUR LIPS! Before applying any lip stain, I always make sure my lips are smooth and ready to hold the pigment. I start by using a gentle lip scrub, working it in circular motions to buff away any dryness. After rinsing and patting my lips dry, I follow up with a light layer of lip balm, letting it absorb for a few minutes before blotting off any excess. ⚠️ This step will make a world of difference, ensuring the color is applied evenly and isn't able to settle into any dry patches. My Application The moment of truth! Applying the lip stain 😍. The shade seemed very dark, I was a bit worried I messed up, but I knew with it being a peel off, it was going to reveal something lighter, so you gotta trust the process 😂. The formula is definitely thicker, meaning it will be harder to apply evenly, which is crucial because you CAN NOT go over the spot again because it drys fast and going over the stain again will create the layer below to start to peel creating blotches. This is where I think a lot of people go wrong. After evaluating the thickness of the formula. I ended up doing it kinda in 4 sections. Top left, top right, bottom left and bottom right. Dipping the applicator back into the tube each time to get even coverage but NOT over lapping any previous stain. Now the slightly tricky part 😂. I had to keep my lips apart for about 15 minutes to let the stain fully set. I did this based on previous lip stains I've done. ⚠️ DO NOT smoosh your lips together! Resist the urge 😂 I know it's hard! But you just can't ESPECIALLY with a peeling stain. It'll literally just peel it away and give you uneven coverage 😂. As the product dried down, I could tell you could peel it earlier than what I waited, but I wanted it to be long-lasting and high pigment, so 15 minutes seemed perfect for me. After peeling.... which BTW so satisfying and easy 😍! I noticed it left a beautiful, even stain, without any streakiness or patchiness! It's a perfect balance between a soft, romantic hue and a bold, sophisticated statement! Longevity Once the 15 minutes were up, I did a quick touch test—no transfer 😍! I did apply a gloss after about an additional 15 minutes because I like a juicier lip. I went about my day, sipping coffee, eating meals, giving the hubby smooches, and even dabbing on some more lip gloss. The stain did not budge! Now..... I normally don't do this, but I had to put this to an even further test, so I went to bed with it on still😂. I did apply a light lip mask over it (Laneige Berry), which is honestly something I use every night but I did not reapplying the stain itself, and to my amazement, the stain was still there in the morning! It had slightly softened around the edges, but the color remained vibrant and fresh. Unlike some lip stains that fade unevenly or leave behind a patchy mess, this one held up nicely. Even my husband was impressed😂! Final Thoughts This lip stain is hands-down one of the best I’ve tried, and I've tried A LOTTTT! The longevity is unbeatable, the color is stunning, and as long as you do the application process properly with good prep, it will ensure a flawless, long-lasting wear. If you’re looking for a lip product that stays put no matter what, this is the one! I'll be buying all the colors 😍! Pros: ✔️ Gorgeous, universally flattering mauve shade ✔️ Extremely long-lasting—even overnight 😱 ✔️ No transfer, even with added gloss on top ✔️ Fades evenly without patchiness Cons: ❌ Requires patience during the drying process ❌ Slightly drying over time (but easily fixed with balm) ❌ Thicker formula, which requires you to be super quick and apply very precisely and even

I really love this lip tint! This type of peel-off lip liner became very popular, and I finally decided to try it. My biggest tip is to make sure your lips are well moisturized before applying it—that makes a big difference in the application. The shade is beautiful and gives my lips a natural-looking tint without looking too dramatic. I also like that it’s easy to remove when I’m ready to take it off. Definitely a fun product to add to my makeup routine!

If you’re like me, you don’t wear make up, occasionally do a set of cluster lashes and henna eyebrow at home, and call it a day. This is my ‘low maintenance’ routine as someone who’s in their early 30’s, and feels like a full face beat ages them now. But lately I’ve been feeling like something is missing, and have been looking back on the days where I’d do a full face and missing the feeling of a semi bold lip. After TikTok influenced me enough I came to Amazon. So let’s get into it! Color choice: Cocoa I’m a medium complexion that’s olive toned most of the time. So I wanted something that wasn’t too loud and would work with the summer tan and looked natural. There’s no smell / fragrance which makes it a lot more pleasant to apply than some other products. The first time I applied this, I overlined and didn’t leave it on long enough. It says minimum of 5 minutes but that wouldn’t have worked for me - after trying only * 10 * minutes on my first application, the stain rubbed off in less than 2 hours. Next round, I went closer to my natural lip line, and let it set for * 30 * minutes. Much better. I don’t think this would last more than a 5-6 hrs to be frank, especially if you’re eating or drinking, but maybe that’s all it’s supposed to do! PS I love that it comes with its own tweezers. Notes and tips: don’t be stingy. A heavier hand in application means less patchy spots and more pigment. Smile when dry. Makes easier to peel. It’ll naturally come away at the corners for you!

Please save yourself the trouble and order from one of the original lip stain brands. This is truly AWFUL. I followed the instructions on the box but was not able to peel off the lip stain at all. It was stuck onto my lips. I started to panic thinking I would be stuck with nearly black lips, so I used micellar water to wipe it off. It bled like crazy all over my face and teeth. No stain leftover afterwards either, which is not my experience when trying to wipe off other lip stains. Also the taste is horrible. Please stay away, trust me!

I’ve tried two colors from this brand now; Mauve and Nude Pink. The colors are WAY off from what’s shown in pictures and the label. The mauve is more pink than mauve and the nude pink is far more coral than pink. As a pink obsessed person, this upset me lol. PINK IS PINK. NO orangey hues. I echo another review that said this doesn’t last. Don’t know if the tube just dries out super fast after opening, but I feel like it was unusable after only a week or two. The price seems affordable, but not for something that only lasts a week or two. Sacheu and Wonderskin last muuuuuuuuuch longer. So far, the only pros are: 1 - good pigment 2 - not drying 3 - the stain is moderate lasting (1day max) 4 - peels off the best of what I’ve tried. But overall, both Sacheu and Wonderskin perform better. My only qualm with Sacheu is its limited color options and Wonderskin, its price. So yup!

I got the shade rose, it’s perfect! Easy to use/peel off, plenty of product for your moneys worth, and great for beginners

I don’t usually write reviews but I needed to with this. I bought this product bc i wanted a peel off lip stain that lasted all day, and i’ve seen them all over tik tok. I work 12 hour shifts and use chapstick constantly so I really didn’t want to keep on reapplying or have it smudge. This stain is EXACTLY what I was looking for!! I apply once in the morning while I get ready and once it’s dry (less than 5 min) all I have to do is smile and it comes peeling off! The best part is that it lasts ALL DAY! I mean, yeah the color faded over time but I’m constantly using chapstick and just wanted a tint to my lips bc they’re usually so colorless. This is my favorite part of my makeup routine and makes just having eyeliner on so elegant. I’m so glad it’s inexpensive, too! When you’re applying, make sure it’s dark though. I haven’t tried it with just a little on my lips, but to make sure there’s color throughout the day I don’t risk it. The color is beautiful throughout the day anyway, even when it fades. When you take off the stain at first, there’s some color that comes off when you sip your coffee or drink but it’s just a little and doesn’t affect the overall stain. I hope this helps! Definitely recommend this to anyone who doesn’t want to pay $20+ for a peel off stain!

This lipstain will not last through eating a meal but it will last throughout a night of drinking and talking. Adding this under my lip liner and lipgloss is a complete game changer in the longevity of my lip combo. I will never go without this now it is a permanent staple in my makeup routine. I haven’t tried any of the other similar products so I can’t offer a comparison between them. I got the brown shade and it’s a nice brown pinky shade that pairs perfectly with a brown lipgloss like hot chocolate by fenty beauty. In the attached picture this was my lip combo at the end of the night after zero touch ups.

Works very well, peels off easy but gets dark very quickly! On a day to day basis I only leave it on for a minute before peeling it off or (if I have a busy morning) I’ll do it before bed & leave it on for 3-5 mins then when I wake up it’s faded to the perfect amount and looks super natural.

I don’t have lips for lipstick, I am missing my bottom lip line and lipstick tends to just bleed into my skin and it looks terrible. I’m 43 years old. I’ve never really truly worn lip stick. This stuff is absolutely amazing. I’m able to create more of a barrier on my bottom lip, my lips look fuller and the colour lasts all day. 12+ hours. It’s easy to use and it’s mess free.I highly recommend this product.

Not what I expected. Trouble peeling off lips. Won't stain my lips either.
