This is actually pretty damn good.
I feel like I could use these headphones for years. Microphone quality is amazing, surround sound is fantastic, and the fit is just perfect. I definitely recommend this to every enthusiastic gamer that looks for a start point at a price of 10k rupees.Occasionally there is a slight problem with the microphone having static, but a simple plug out, wait a few minutes, and plug in fixes it.

Satisfied with sound quality but shame on build quality
Ok I am writing after 1 month 6 days of usage.Sound quality is just excellent and you can even hear enemy footsteps that your friends had no chance to hear with some ordinary headphone.(Thet were like- how the hell did u heard those footsteps???)Volume control knob is super smooth to control. Only thing I noticed is it's quite sensitive at higher volume which is actually good for me.Mic has awesome noise cancellation. I had my Sony android tv playing at around 20% volume just next to me(hardly 30cm far from mic of my headphone) and when I asked my friends-"are u able to hear anything except my voice?" THEY SAID NO :)You can clearly feel little click while turning off mic by rotating up, which means mic is now off.Material used is high quality flexible plastic and u can even bend headphone to some extent as it usually happens in our day to day life and it won't affect headphone at all. Looks premium. Super light to wear. The only missing part is RGB xD. But that's cool, why to add unnecessary load on headphone.Dolby experience is fantastic and just close ur eyes to experience something new.DRAWBACKS:Although being super comfortable my ears gets sweat after an hour or so long gaming. Maybe coz I don't have AC in my room and only rely on ceiling fan even during hot daysYou won't face this issue if using under AC or even cooler.I felt sound level lower than expected. (Maybe that's the trademark for high end headphones, LOW in volume HIGH in quality)A little higher priced than expectations/my overall experience.Ear cups are bad in quality and they start tearing off after year of usage or even before. No replacement for them unfortunately!OVERALL CONCLUSION:It's definitely an excellent masterpiece from Sennheiser and if you are not concerned about paying INR 9500, I m pretty sure you won't regret at the end, even after years of its usage.

Better than advertised
I received my order of a EPOS GSP 350 headset ahead of the scheduled delivery date. When I opened the box I was listening to music and gaming within a couple of minutes after installing the free Dolby Surround Sound app through Sennheiser. These headset is very comfortable for hours of work or gaming and the sound quality is way higher than one would think for the price.

That'll do Sennheiser, that'll do.
Does what it says on the tin. Looks and feels like a very solid piece of kit yet time will tell about that obviously. I like the overall appearance of the headset, looks like a quality product without looking like it fell off an alien warship like some other gaming headsets do.It's ideally suited for FPS gaming like PUBG where you need clear and accurate sound to quickly identify where shots/footsteps came from and how far out they are. It seems to perform better at that than any other headset I've owned. The mic is clear and all the quality your Discord buddies will ever need or deserve. Muting the mic by raising the boom is a neat feature that I've found very handy. You can't have everything in a headset and while it does very well in competitive games it's not really the best for creating the sound you want in a single player game or film. The GSP 350 makes everything sound very clear but curiously distant and just plain odd. Comparing it to other mic-less headsets I own it just somehow lacks "oomph" for lack of a better word. I'm no audiophile so I can't explain it better than that. It's only adequate as a music player. I tend to use something else when listening to music for long periods of time. This is not an uncomfortable headset but it's not what I'd call comfortable either. The cans will clamp down pretty tight on your head regardless of your head size and the band is very stiff. You get used to the this after a few days and it shouldn't bother you at all while it's on but it's never going to be a "comfy" headset. I always feel the urge to rub my ears after I'm done with it which I never had with other headsets. Finally, the Surround Sound feature is something most people will tell you is just a gimmick. I haven't made up my mind on that just yet but I tend to run with it turned off.Decent value for money as long as you are buying it for the right purpose.EDIT two years later in anno domini 2020:There's pictures people posted here of the ear buds splitting at the seams after roughly two years. Mine look identical to those pictures. Despite that I'm buying another. I've tried and returned a few headsets including the Sennheiser GSP 500 for being too uncomfortable. The 350 spoiled me. Once the headband loosened up the GSP 350 became the most comfy headset I ever owned. I don't even know it is there! Me and the GSP 350 form parts of the same beautiful person, as I howl at angry internet men from Kyrgyzstan for dropping Pochinki on my broadcast quality mic.The headset uses a single USB port as input and not a standard jack but you can buy a standard jack with a splitter into headphone/mic jacks that will work with it. As a matter of fact, you have to, if your cable fails, as mine did. No replacement USB cable to keep the surround sound functionality for this item exists to be had for love or money. Not that it matters as I still think it's a surround on this headset is a gimmick, but it makes connecting it to the work laptop with no mic input much more fiddly.

If you want this for recording, be prepared to work at it
When I originally wrote this review, I rated this as one of the worst purchasing decisions I have made.I had purchased them for making YouTube instructional videos, meaning that the recording quality was of far more importance than the playback quality. Previously I had been using a Plantronics Gamecom set. That set had one weakness; the solid plastic frame would eventually crack. I've had two fail on me that way (after 3 or 4 years of use), but they are otherwise a very good piece of equipment. Unfortunately they have been discontinued, so I thought I'd try a Sennheiser kit based on the name and reputation. That was not the best idea I've had.The cable is nice and long which gives you a decent amount of mobility. However unless you are recording naked and have the end of the cable duct taped to your shoulder, you will constantly be hearing it rubbing on your clothing as you move your head. Thankfully once I eventually got recording working it didn't seem to be picked up by the microphone.Be aware: Sennheiser admits that its device can have problems with USB3 ports. You're better off if you have a USB2 port spare. I had to get mine onto my one remaining USB port (on a new build computer) to get it to work properly. The audio quality is quite good, though the leather like earpieces will cause you to sweat up a storm in even moderately warm weather much more than the Plantronics' foam ones did. As I'm writing this winter has just started here and it's fine. In summer, I think this will be an issue. But the recording quality... Sennheiser describes it as "broadcast quality", a claim that is in my opinion somewhere between "optimistic" and "delusional", though when I eventually got it working "decent" and "adequate" were the two terms that I would adopt. When I first plugged it in and did a test recording I got almost nothing in the way of volume. This is apparently a common complaint, I found after doing a web search. It can be alleviated by installing Sennheiser's Surround_Dongle_Driver_V1_15 software. After that the volume was fine... but it had an echo like I was talking at the bottom of a well. Apparently Sennheiser also knows about this because they have an article titled "Why is my microphone creating an echo-ey sound?" The reason, they claim, is:"In a situation where the microphone sounds echo-ey it is likely that the headset is getting too much voice signal back to the ear cups which is caused when the computer is providing too much voice feedback. This is often referred to as "side tone" and the headset does not actually control this..."Oh. Right. Not our fault, it's the fault of the naughty computer. "To reduce the echo simply adjust the settings on the computer ", they say. Right. Do you know what is supposed to be controlling the "side tone", Sennheiser? Your Dongle Driver, that's what. And with Side Tone set to OFF the recording "quality" (and I am greatly abusing that word by using it in connection with this product) is still in "like recording at the bottom of a well" mode.So I had a choice. Disable the Sennheiser software and have recordings that are only audible when I yell, or use the Sennheiser software and have the recording-ing-ing echoing-ing-ing for its entire length. In the end I spent a few hours plugging away to try to get this to work. Here's what did on Windows 10:- Go to the "Sound" control panel option which shows the devices that you use for Playback and Recording, as well as tabs for "Sounds" and "Communications.- Go to the Recording tab.- Find and select the "Headset Microphone" entry for the Sennheiser.- Go to the "Listen" tab.You may well find as I did that the "Listen to device" box is UNchecked, which should in theory mean "no side tone". Not so fast. Look at the "Playback through this device" option. If it is anything OTHER than the "Speakers (Sennheiser Main Audio)" option, you'll still get side tone. No, I have no idea why either. In my case it was set to my desktop speakers (which were turned off at the time). I therefore changed it to the Sennheiser speakers. If you have that option selected AND "Listen to this device" checked you will get a crazy amount of echo. If you have that option selected and return the box back to an UNchecked state, the echo GENERALLY goes away.I recorded a 50 minute audio after that and found the sound quality to be mostly as good as the Plantronics' had been, though oddly there was just one sentence in the middle which picked up a slight echo for no obvious reason. At the time of writing my original review I said "Never again will the name Sennheiser appear on one of my purchase orders." I may moderate that a little now but this is so far removed from "Plug and Play" that I would certainly never be in a rush to buy another set from them.
