my child is a 7-8 which would that fall under? Medium?

My daughter was 4 when we bought it. We bought a size small. It runs short Now she is almost 5 and it is way to short. So if your daughter is tall and thin then I would go with a bigger size. Unless you want to wear leggings under it.

I see a size that says toddler 1-2 , does that mean for age 1-2 ?

Toddler 2T-4T 23-24" 22-24" 23-24" 35"-39" 30-34 lbs. Small 4-6 27-28" 25-26" 27-28" 44-48"

My daughter is 3 and wears a size 3T, will the size small fit her?

Halloween costumes generally run on the small size. So a 4t or small should fit her
