So far I like this product. Purchased for chemo treatment and they worked well. I familiarized myself with how to insert the gel packs first and was glad I did. They come with gel packs but the nurses brought me the ones from my I had brought as backup from another brand but the packs fit so I used them with the alternate packs. Once you learn how to insert the packs it is easy. They stayed cold the entire time. I had them on for 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off back and forth. They stayed cold the entire time but stayed flexible. I put them in the freezer the night before and transported them in a cooler with ice packs to the clinic and home. They were still cold when I returned home. Not sure how long they or the seams will hold up but they appeared well made. The color is good. I was so happy with them I ordered another paid in another color.

These really worked to keep your hands and feet from burning during Chemo infusions.

Haven’t used yet, but product meets my requirements. However, I wish you would offer separate refill ice packs. I will need 5 hours of chemo and would guess that these will not stay cold more than an hour.

I have been on oxalyplatin before and have permanently nerve damage from it. Also, if you’ve ever been on this medication, you know that you have to wear gloves to get anything out of the fridge, and reaching into a freezer is torture. I was dreading going back on it but decided I would try these icing packs that have been suggested in my cancer groups. The doctor and nurses do not recommend them, in fact they are shocked when I tell them I’ll be icing, but they WORK so I’m doing what’s best for me even if the medical community hasn’t caught up yet. I’ve had 3 rounds of oxalyplatin and have had very minimal cold sensitivity and my neuropathy in my hands and feet is no worse. I can reach into my fridge with bare hands and if I’m quick I can even grab things out of the freezer without gloves. I can even drink cold drinks in the days following chemo. 71. Dinner tonight I travel to chemo appointments so I have to put these in an ice chest with other ice packs, wrapped in a towel. They stay close to frozen after 5 hours in my cooler, which admittedly is not a very good cooler. But these are worth every penny. I bought 2 to switch out during my 2 hour infusion, I have just bought a third so that I can keep the ice on longer.

Great for chemo patients. Good way to prevent neuropathy.

The pink makes them a fun item. However, they don't stay cold very long. Get the Relief Genius socks & hand ice pack gloves instead. They stay cold at least twice the time.

This was just perfect. Even the workers made great comments on them and as k me to show them to others. Although they were a little big, the worker’s said that was best for comfort. And they were very comfortable. Thanks to whoever created this. They worked perfectly for me and i made sure to tell them where to look on Amazon.

These ice packs are a waste of money. I bought 1 set of SuzziPads for my first chemo treatment. I realized 1 wasn't enough for 3 hours of chemo, so I bought 3 sets of RelaxCoo Therapy socks and gloves because they were cheaper for the next chemo treatment. My second treatment, none of the Cold Therapy socks and gloves were left in the freezer long enough and they didn't work. After that, all 4 sets of gloves and socks were put in the freezer the day after the second treatment. Today I had my third treatment and the RelaxCoo Therapy socks and gloves were not frozen and did not work, but the SuzziPads were frozen solid. Unfortunately, I have missed the date these can be returned so I am stuck with them.

Total disappointment, not only in the product, but also the return. The gloves and socks do not hold cold temperature. Also, you cannot tighten them around your wrist or ankles, so that’s likely why it doesn’t retain the coldness. When I went to rerun them, I contacted them twice and they denied they got my return. It was 3 weeks later that I wrote them to say I have a receipt with tracker. Only then did they process my return. Super disappointed and won’t buy or recommend their products.
