Brilliant product, I tried them initially a couple of months ago by placing one patch on each arm as indicated and found that the patches didn’t stay in place as the adhesive gave up during the night, probably due to my turning over as I do during the night due to the fact that I suffer from neuropathy. It’s the pain, discomfort and burning in my feet that really disturbs my sleep so I placed a patch, one on each foot on the arch of the foot & used a piece of 10 x 10 cm self adhesive fabric containing acrylic to keep the patches in place.I now sleep peacefully all night as the patches calm the side effects of neuropathy completely.All things considered I think these patches are very good value and I wouldn’t like to be without them.

Took a few days to work and had to use 2 patches but they stay on and definitely help me sleep longer than a couple of hours at a time .Will buy again

I found these to be very good. They seem to keep me asleep with less periods of waking. That said results aren’t on the first night, it took a week or two.I’m not getting a solid 8 hour sleep, but I do see an improvement in my sleep quality.Inexpensive, easy to apply, just takes a few nights to work out best position, mine is in the chest to shoulder area, as I found they tended to come off my arms.

Why did you choose this product over others?:It didn't make much difference to my sleep.

Patches stick to skin at least but that is it. Don't make any difference don't help with sleep. Don't bother.
