Seaskin Wetsuits for Mens Womens 2mm Front Zip Full Body Diving Suits

Fit great for my first open water dive!

I love that this wetsuit is only 2mm thick as I tend to overheat before and after a dive. I tend to dive in warm waters for the most part (caribbean, Philippines, etc) where I typically just use rash guards to dive, but I do like the protective features of a full wetsuit. This 2mm suit is a good compromise. It is well built with nice seams and zipper. I do like the front zipper as opposed to the back zipper as I feel it is easier to get in and out of. I am 5'11" and about 220 lbs and I ordered a XL. It does fit a bit tighter than my other wetsuits that are 3mm. I probably should have gone with an XXL.Overall I do like this wetsuit but since it fits a bit on the small side I wish I had ordered a larger size.

This wetsuit is 3mm thick and provides adequate warmth and protection. I’m 6’1” and 200lbs and the XL fits well. I have extra room in the torso, the arms and legs are snug. The zipper runs diagonally towards the side of the waist, for more anatomical function when zipping with one arm. The neck has a velcro closure and comes with a piece of cloth on the hook side to prevent scratching the suit before it arrives.I wore this in 69 degree water and was perfectly comfortable the moment I jumped in. That temperature would usually bring a chill at first. My main uses are to tolerate the chilly Atlantic in early summer and to guard my skin from jellyfish and leeches. It serves these purposes well. I was unable to swim as efficiently, and the suit interfered with butterfly stroke, but I can move and paddle without issue.My one complaint is the zipper can be hard to grab to unzip, but a zipper pull should solve that. For the price, this is a good suit.

Daughter would get cold diving all day in the caribbean, and after trying 3 different suits that didn't fit right, we found this one does.thick enough to keep her going all day, but not too thick to overheat her in the warn caribbean.perfect fit, well made.Will probably get another as a spare and jsut leave at a friends house in St. Lucia.

Never having had a wetsuit before recently trying some out, I can say that this lived up to my hopes very well.The dimensions and fit are hard to gauge for a first timer so take your time and check manually according to all sizing measures.For me, I'd say though I am almost always a large and ordered a large, I might've considered sizing down because I am just so thin. But the large works fine for me and I'm very happy to find a product like this living up to my expectations and hopes for it.
