I've gotten lazier in my years and decided to let someone else clean my AZ room. I decided to try the Loorow AT800 and I'm in love. I named her Hazel. She sweeps and mops. Wifi 2.4 using the Smart Life app. Easy install. Definitely need to read the instructions which are easy enough to follow. After fully charging, it spent time mapping out my AZ room into 4 sections and then came back and starting vacuuming search section. I have rugs in the room and don't want them mopped. I did finally go to YouTube and was shown how to block out certain areas after the mapping was done!! I tend to procrastinate about getting out the mopping equipment so the Loorow AT800 is going to keep my AZ room a lot cleaner than before. I love Hazel!!

The media could not be loaded. This vacuum seems to have a good feature to price value ratio. It worked pretty well the first few months I had it. When it works properly, the performance is great. Unfortunately, I ran into a problem within the first 90 days and the side brush stopped working. That noticeably decreases the performance. The biggest problem, though, is the customer service by the seller. They did respond to a direct message within a day or so, but follow-on messages came slower and slower. They asked for a picture, which I promptly sent them. Then several days passed and I had to ping them again. They then asked for the MAC address and IP. Again, I promptly replied with the info. Then after several days of no responses, I had to send them a bit of a terse message. They ended up offering a 50% refund, which I agreed to, but when I asked how they were going to send it, again no response. As of today, several days later, no response and no refund. All in all, if it doesn't break, it works pretty well. But, if it does break, good luck getting support.
