I have a 2 year old top loader and we have municipal water that always has a sight chlorine smell and sometimes taste so i assumed my "cleaning medicine" plus the chlorinated water would keep the medicine clean. Wrong! After a year of daily use, it seemed to have a weird smell in the drum after i washed the load. Then the clothes began to have a weird smell when i took them out to dry I got a liquid sanitizer but it didn't help at after a few months i brought liquid laundry soap just for oders and that didn't help but i keep using it and added sent beads to the fabric softener and all that didn't help either. My machine has a WASH MACHINE setting and it says Affresh. I'm suspicious of labels of products on other products because it's usually a sell out scam, so i looked for order brands of washing machine cleaners and bought this. AWESOME!!! The inside of the drum is gorgeous. I never saw the change from new sparkle to old dingy happen. It's truly remarkable how pretty and clean and fresh it is. There's absolutely no smell at all: not even a scented fresh scent... just no scent other than "like new". I used the WASH MACHINE setting and didn't have to babysit the process but if ever this machine dies and the new medicine doesn't have the WASH MACHINE cycle, i still will but this and use it even if i have to sit next to it to make this CLEAN WASHER happen I'd pay 5x the price to have this "no smell just clean" happen. Thankfully, this product is inexpensive and delivers 100% of it's promise to clean! I highly recommend this. I haven't tried any of the other brands and i see no need to try them because there's no cleaner that could be cleaner than this and there's no smell at all but even cheesey added scent from the tablet. No nothing but CLEAN! I'll use this at just once a month from now on. 🤩💦

I have been buying it for years. It is my favorite washing machine cleaner tablets. It makes my washing maching smell clean and really cleans it.

We spend so much time making sure our clothes are clean, but we rarely think about the machine doing all the heavy lifting. I finally decided to give my washer a much-needed spa day and picked up this 24-pack of MIGHTY CLEAN tablets. After running a cycle with one of these, I have to say, I'm genuinely impressed with the results, even if it wasn't absolute perfection. When it comes to ease of use, you really can't beat this. You literally just unwrap a tablet, toss it into the empty drum, and run a hot water or clean cycle. No measuring liquids or scrubbing with harsh chemicals. Once the cycle finished, the first thing I noticed was the scent. Instead of that artificial, overpowering bleach smell that some cleaners leave behind, it just smelled incredibly neutral and clean. The damp, musty odor that had been lingering in my machine was completely gone, leaving behind a lasting freshness that actually transferred to my next load of laundry. In terms of overall effectiveness, it did a fantastic job breaking down the unseen grime. Looking inside, the stainless steel drum had a brilliant shine that I honestly hadn't seen since the day I bought the machine. Now, to be completely authentic and transparent about the removability of the gunk: when the cycle ended, I did notice a little bit of residue left behind near the bottom of the rubber gasket. However, it really wasn't that much at all. The tablet had successfully loosened all the stubbornly built-up grime, so all it took was a quick swipe with a damp paper towel to completely wipe it away. If you are looking for a reliable, septic-safe cleaner, this 24-pack is an incredible value since it easily covers a whole year. It does exactly what it promises by deodorizing and degunking the machine. Just be prepared to do a ten-second wipe-down at the end, and your washer will be running beautifully!

We have an old top loading machine that had never been cleaned. We used 2 tablets and ran a full cycle twice and could see the dirt in the water. No more musty smell.

It does a good job, for the tub, just was t the deep cleaning I expected.
