One of the best Amazon purchases we've made, wish we'd done it years ago. Easy to assemble and sturdy, looks great, and vastly improves functional space above the washer and dryer. The raised edges on the sides and rear prevent things from rolling off behind the machines. Comes with adequate amount of rubber stickers for the bottom to prevent slippage.

I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I got it. This washer and dryer topper completely upgraded my laundry room. It gives you a solid, flat surface for folding clothes and makes everything look so much more put together. The quality is great, very sturdy and fits perfectly over my machines without sliding around. The wood finish is beautiful and matches my cabinets really well, so it looks custom instead of like an add-on. Installation was super easy and it instantly made the space more functional. If you’re on the fence, just get it. It’s one of those small upgrades that makes a big difference every day.

I'm very happy with this countertop! It's beautiful and provides a smooth surface for folding clothes and other tasks. I previously had silicone covers that collected dirt and lint and eventually became hard to wipe clean. This surface wipes easily. I like that with having one long surface, it covers the crevice between the washer and dryer. Because our outlet is located in line with the top of our machines, the countertop would not push back flush with the back wall. So we pulled both machines out an inch and the fit was perfect. The package arrived with one long solid board, a back edge board, two side edge boards, hardware and anti slip pads. It's easy to assemble but VERY heavy. I recommend two people to assemble and also for putting it on top of the machines. As a tip, there are 8 anti slip pads so make sure each set of four are placed in alignment with each machine. This wasn't clear in the instructions. Overall, I recommend and it's worth the money!

I am a real estate agent, and my client bought a washer and dryer that were display models, so there were a few scratches on top. I bought this countertop mainly for staging, but it worked out even better than expected. The size and color match the machines almost perfectly. It took me about five minutes to put together, and the quality feels pretty solid. It covered the scratches completely and also gave the homeowner a large extra space for sorting and folding laundry. To be honest, it's much beyond my expectations. Simple product, but it made the whole laundry area look much more finished. Highly recommended.

We just had to replace our washer & dryer, and I was slightly annoyed at how many things had fallen behind the units. (so that's where my garden gloves went!) It occurred to me that I could build a countertop, maybe with a lip around the edges so stuff wouldn't fall off. And then it occurred to me that I'm not that handy, so I looked for a pre-made solution. This looked pretty good and SpaceAid is an actual company rather than a random drop shipper, so I ordered it the oak version. It's solid - I mean, it's really solid. Heavy, even. I managed to assemble it myself and barely managed to lift it onto the washer & dryer, but recommend that you consider getting someone to help you. It was actually quite easy to put together using the included allen wrench. Just pay attention and don't screw one of the sides on in the wrong direction (curved sides go in the front). It took me less than 10 minutes to assemble and that includes having to re-install the side I put in wrong. There are stick-on pads to put on the underside which serve the dual purpose of stabilizing the countertop and protecting the washer & dryer finish from scratches. The oak color is a light oak, similar to white oak, although I should have gone with something darker to pair with my gray appliances. Oh well. The countertop fits perfectly across our LG 5500-series pair.

I absolutely love this countertop! It looks beautiful with the washer and dryer. There is plenty of space to fold clothes, put a basket.on top, or add some accessories. I like that it’s a solid countertop instead of having the space between the washer and dryer. I am so glad I purchased this … highly recommend this product.

This is perfect for the top of the washer/dryer. It looks fantastic and I'm hoping solves the 'missing sock' problem! Seriously, it creates a flat surface to place items if needed, or even fold. Great product and very easy to assemble.

Sturdy, well made, and instantly makes the laundry area look more organized. The length is slightly shorter than my GE washer and dryer, and the width is a bit longer, but it may fit perfectly with other brands. Measurements are accurate to the listing. It is a bit heavy so I asked my husband to help lift it on top of the machines, but I was able to assemble it myself. The raised edge is great for keeping items in place. The non-slip pads work fairly well, although the countertop still shifts a little when pushed. It stays in place better when heavier items are on top. It looks modern and clean, and adds both style and function to the space.

The counter top arrived quickly and nicely packaged. We immediately unpacked it and installed it upon its arrival. It took us less than half an hour to install. I am BEYOND happy with this purchase! I can now leave my laundry room door opened without being totally embarrassed. Everything looks so neat and pretty now. I am a very happy girl. If we had known, we would have purchased this a long time ago. If you are like I was, no room to fold clothes due to the gap between your washer and dryer and a laundry room that lacks pizzaz, order this countertop! You wont regret it.

This item turned out to be so much better than we expected. Solid construction and goes nicely over end if washer and drier towards the wall. Surface looks pretty durable like quality office desk.
