Great puzzle for a very good price!
I have reviewed at least 40 puzzles for Amazon. My wife and I will do 10-12 jigsaw puzzles every year, and I had already gotten her an advent calendar puzzle, but subsequently ordered this one as well because I liked the picture better. Well, the other one is either going to be a gift for someone else or wait until next year (even though they say “calendar” they are not year-specific, just 24 days), because this one is better. The quality of the materials of the puzzle are as great. Pieces fit together well and not only are they sturdy, but have a glossy coat on the front that makes them look much nicer than normal puzzle pieces. They have the numbers of the day on the back in case you want to cheat a little, but they really aren’t necessary for this one since each little box comes with only a handful of pieces that are pretty simple to put together. Advent calendar puzzles, by definition, are going to be easy to put together because you are getting each little section separately. This puzzle is such a nice one, though, that I could see us storing it out of the little boxes as one big puzzle to put together again in the future (which, obviously, would make it harder and like a normal puzzle).I’m not sure if there is some type of official designation to the degree of variation in puzzle pieces, but I dislike when puzzle pieces have a uniformity to them with only a few different shapes. I realize that some people may like this, as it increases the difficulty, but I find it monotonous. This puzzle has a fairly typical variation in shapes - not great, but certainly not bad either. The pieces are normal or just a little smaller than normal size (again, I’m not sure if there is an official “size” of the pieces but I don’t like it when they are too small).Comes with a large picture inside the box, which can sometimes be very helpful. Box size is average for puzzles this size. These types of puzzles usually cost $20-30, which I think is fair, especially if you factor in how many hours you spend on it and the fact that it is reusable. This one is listed at $19.99 with a 15% coupon, so this is, in my opinion, a very good price. My wife really likes advent calendars (we do wine ones as well) and jigsaw puzzles, so I think she will like this a lot. Especially considering the (currently) low price, if you like this picture than this is a no-brainer if you are considering getting an advent Christmas calendar puzzle. Highest Recommendation!

Countdown to Christmas!
I am a library director for our small town library in Nebraska. We are only open 4 days a week so we decided to start this Advent puzzle this week in November. The picture is really interesting and has all the traditional Christmas icons and characters. Each day is in its own box and section of the entire puzzle. The pieces are a good quality and they do have a #number on the back of each piece. This is a really nice set.

Such a fun family night every night awaiting Christmas.
Each night you open the one day box and you put together the puzzle that is there in each days box. The whole puzzle is completed at the end of the month but each day you are just adding another section on to it. What a great fun thing to do each night. Maybe start a new tradition of after dinner before everybody gets ready for bed maybe the family can sit down together and add to this puzzle each day. We need to have a foam core board or something sturdy like that that we can just keep out all the time.

Nice packaging... review forthcoming!
I've tried to put together a 1000-piece Christmas puzzle before--but got overwhelmed the task of dealing with 1000 puzzle pieces. I'm hoping that the bite-sized 40-piece-per-day nature of this puzzle will let me finish. The packaging seems nice so far.By default, the boxes read "1, 5, 9, 13, ..." across rows. This is confusing for American calendars. I simply re-arranged the boxes to read "1, 2, 3, 4, ..." across rows. It's much nicer to my taste now.I'll post a more detailed review once I've tried the full advent puzzle experience!

Everyday is a treat
I ordered this puzzle to work over the holidays with my daughter. I am glad I did. While we haven't made it yet, I peeked into the first box. And I'm excited to start it. I hope we can wait until December. LOL.The box and smaller boxes are a good quality and they will be easy to reuse. The pieces are cut well. The markings on the back of the pieces are clear and easy to read. Which will make putting them back in the respective boxes easy. The print seems bright and clear. And the poster of the store front is very nice to have.I'm really glad I ordered this. I can't wait to start it. I think it will be a perfect way for my daughter and I to relax & bond each evening. I definitely recommend it.

Loads of fun for the family
Fantastic gift, high quality image and thick puzzle pieces. I took box or day 9 to start. You can pretty much start anywhere. But if you wanted to start with Dec 1, you can take box 1. I wanted to start with day 9, why not. The 42 pieces per box allows a player to take their time or quickly match the pieces in the right order. As each box is completed you can connect the next section. So strategically it is easier to do the boarder first so that would be all outer boxes. Now you don't have to. You can go in order or by row or horizontally if you want. You can split the puzzle down the middle and each player takes 12 boxes each like what me and hubby did. It doesn't matter. What matters is you have fun in a very well thought out properly paced manner because each box has 42 only pieces and it is a good number of pieces to work with at a time. I average 10 to 15 minutes per box and that is a lot of fun. The colors are diverse enough you can visually guess the section. The pieces interlock if selected correctly. The box top as well as the large poster allows you to check where that piece goes. You can hold up the piece to the poster and figure out roughly where that piece goes. It is very helpful to have a large poster. The biggest pro is the small boxes holding 42 pieces each and the boxes are manageable. You don't get overwhelmed building this puzzle even if you are doing it alone. Becaude you are not building a 1008 pieve puzzle at once rather 42 pieces at a time. You will have hours of enjoyment. This is a marvelous concept. The images are beautiful and makes for a wonderful holiday gift.

Family Enjoys Alot
I got this for my wife as she enjoys puzzles alot and mentioned about having something like this. We have had a variety of advent calendar items but not a puzzle. This comes in a nicely decorated box with all small numbered (24) boxes inside. The puzzle pieces have a box corresponding number on the back so you can store it for the next season with the pieces organized. The pieces are thick and glossy and fit together well. The artwork and design is very well done making this a great gift idea. The family looks forward to the advent items every year and I expect this will make a great gift for them this year.Highly recommended.

A Festive Puzzle Tradition
This advent calendar jigsaw puzzle has quickly become a new holiday tradition for me. Instead of just opening a door for a small treat, I get to put together a portion of a beautiful 1008-piece puzzle each day leading up to Christmas. The sturdy pieces with their glossy finish look fantastic, and having them pre-sorted into numbered boxes for each day makes it easy to tackle bit-by-bit. While not the most difficult puzzle, it's still an engaging and festive experience, especially when the whole family can get involved. I love that it's reusable too by storing the pieces properly after completing the image of the charming Christmas truck scene. Very well-priced for the quality and fun it provides!PROS:- Engaging way to countdown to Christmas day-by-day- Puzzle pieces are sturdy with a nice glossy finish- Each day's pieces are pre-sorted into numbered boxes- Completed image is a delightful Christmas scene- Reusable for years to come by storing pieces properly- Includes a reference poster for the full image- Well-priced for the quality and experience it providesCONS:- Being pre-sorted makes it less challenging as a puzzleBOTTOM LINE:- Do I recommend the Flyart Advent Calendar 2024 Jigsaw Puzzles? Absolutely!

Great Quality, great for all ages!
The media could not be loaded. As arrived, puzzle boxes have a great, professional look and finish and are shrink wrapped in plasticInside is a large poster of the puzzle, as well as 24 individual boxes (easy to open, no tape, just flap)Each box is a corner of the puzzle, effectively completing a square – it is not random so no need for mixed pieces or portions throughout. Pieces also come labelled with the corresponding box number on the back for easily location and storage, if desired.Puzzle pieces are standard – nothing special vs any standard puzzle, with a solid image and good adhesionOverall, it’s a great gift for the puzzle lover and good for all ages!

Great idea - time will tell on quality/durability.
Ultimately, we're all trying to live a bit healthier in our house these days, but Christmas is pretty much the favorite household holiday across the board for our family, so we're always looking out for fun ways to celebrate. The idea of a non-chocolate/candy advent calendar was one I hadn't come across before. Knowing we're all also trying to spend less time in front of a screen, and more time doing things as a family, the idea of an advent day puzzle calendar seemed amazing to me.I can say, off the bat, that the packaging feels of decent (non-cheap) quality - with the large box, and smaller ones, all feeling like proper cardboard (instead of thin paper that you can sometimes get with lesser quality products). I've not taken out all of the pieces, but my understanding is that each date/box (i.e. December 1st, 2nd, etc.) is a specific segment of the puzzle. So you get a little of the puzzle to put together each day - while that makes the puzzle less challenging, I think it's perfect for a family looking to gently incorporate some new things/habits in to their daily lives, a little at a time. You could always choose to open the box each day, and put all the pieces into the larger box, then do the whole puzzle from scratch Christmas day.In all, I'm actually really looking forward to using this come December - should be fun!

Beautiful design 🌲 ❄️
I ordered a puzzle advent calendar last year for our family and it was an absolute hit. Such a great alternative to the typical chocolate calendar. What we loved most about this advent calendar was putting it together as a family! Such a great tradition that I would highly recommend. Although I have not yet put the puzzle together I did open the first day to check out the pieces. Puzzle is well made, thick and durable! I will add a finished picture of the puzzle once complete!
