Very smart webcam cover, but there are a few shortcomings for Surface users
There's a lot of choice for webcam covers, but most of them are relatively bulky and also ugly when stuck on your cherished laptop.This one is very thin (it's the thinnest one I could find) and as webcam covers go, it looks good.When buying a webcam cover, you need to be careful that when open and closed, it doesn't block the webcam, flash and microphone - look at the open and closed measurements carefully.I have this on my Microsoft Surface Pro 3. I chose it because the measurements suited the webcam and microphone measurements, plus it is thin.Things to be aware of....- The Surface keyboard stays shut with a magnet. Unfortunately the magnet doesn't work with the webcam cover on. To be fair this will be an issue with any webcam cover on a Surface. It's not an issue for me because if I'm not using it, it's in a soft case.- When I stuck it on my Surface, the adhesive on one of the "arms" came off. I managed to get it back on but this means it's not a great adhesion. Make sure you peel-off the backing from the "solid" side of the cover, not from the "arms" side (you will see what I mean if you buy one).- Once you stick it on, you can't move it. It is so light you would damage it.For these reasons it is not five stars, but it's close to it. Recommended!

this is the ideal cover for your built in camera as it is very slim , fairly easy to fit , just make sure you plan where it is to go as once you have removed the tape and fixed it you Cann't get it off without wasting the tape it came with.

Not ideal for ipad pro
Even though someone said it would fit an ipad pro 12.9, i'm not convinced as it misses one of the sensors, and significantly overhangs the screen. Fell apart after 12 months usage.

Perfect for conference calls during a heatwave
Purchase after a conference call taken during the recent UK heatwave when I accidentally turned the camera on, and I was dressed for a very hot Summer day at home.Fits the iMac 2016 very well.
