I do not write a lot of reviews but wanted to share my opinion of this shampoo. I have a "collection" of different shampoos but always come back to this one. This morning when I washed and dried my hair I asked myself "why do you use anything else?" That's a good question because this shampoo makes my hair softer, smoother and it just looks healthier. I am 68 years old and have fine and sometimes brittle hair. I also notice that there seems to be less hair loss with this product. I highly recommend this shampoo and the conditioner also works well. I do not use a lot of the conditioner since my hair is so fine, but it is worth trying also. This shampoo also lathers well and does not take a lot so will last a while. It is well worth the cost.

So are you thinking, what I was thinking? Caffeine in shampoo? Really? Not one to be easily convinced, I checked into this further to see if there were any real benefits caffeine could provide my hair. And boy was I surprised. I found out that when caffeine reaches your hair follicles, it has to be applied directly to your scalp and hair, drinking caffeine doesn’t cause the same effect, it can stimulate your blood circulation to nourish your hair, but it can also block an enzyme that is associated with hair loss. So just because I read that, doesn’t make it so, does it? So the only way to know is to try it and boy am I glad I did. As someone always on the hunt for a natural product for my thinning hair due to a low performing thyroid and now coupled with perimenopause, I was happy I decided to give it a try.This shampoo leaves your hair feeling new and energized and all without the harmful pollutants that clog up and damage your hair. I’ve only been using it for a short time and already noticed a difference. My hair felt like it got detoxed. As someone with a sensitive scalp, this worked well for me with no side effects. And it works well for other hair types too, as I shared it with my children.So the saying you get what you pay for rings so true for this shampoo. Not only does the caffeine make my hair feel revitalized and moisture rich, it also contains one of my favorites, organic Aloe Vera, which is also great for your hair.

I used two bottles of this shampoo, however, saw no change in the quantity/volume of my hair. As a regular shampoo, its very nice. It lathers well and seems to condition the hair without a separate conditioner. It has a convenient squirt cap. The small quantity of shampoo, however, makes this a pricey item, especially given it has no apparent therapeutic value.

I purchased this shampoo in a quest to grow my hair out. I’d read it was a quality product and that it worked wonders on hair growth and health. My hair is just regular. Not thick or thin, curly or straight for reference.Positives: Low scent, so not overpowering. It def made my hair feel healthier/grow faster. I could see the difference in length and health from beginning to end of the bottle.Negatives: It left my hair with a lot more oil than typical. I normally don’t have to wash my hair more than once a week to avoid oily look, but this has me washing three times a week which caused me to use more shampoo., which meant the product was gone pretty fast. It has low lather, which is a personal preference, but I never felt my hair was as clean using this shampoo.I’d wager it would be an awful product if your hair is naturally more oily, but if your hair is on the drier side or you want to increase hair health/growth, it’s worth the money. I’ll buy it again.

I’ve purchased this several times the product is great but is extremely difficult to open. It is heat shrinked wrapped and has to be opened with a knife or razor which is extremely difficult. Even a scissor can’t puncture it to open its so tight. My last one I bought in June I tried so hard with a razor blade that I cut my finger and broke the squirt top. I’ve emailed the company Truepure on their website twice still no response. I Googled the company and the phone number is no longer in service. If you are elderly and live alone I would not recommend this product due to packaging.

I’ve tried other caffeine shampoos before and this one works equally as well.What I really love about this product is that it’s chock-full of natural scalp stimulants that promote hair growth as I’ve been experiencing breakage and thinning in parts of my hair, particularly in the middle of my scalp and around the edges. Some of you may not know this, but as you get older, your hair starts to lose strength and elasticity. I used this product in combination with the one of the conditioners in the product line (also fabulous), helping to alleviate some of the problems I’ve been experiencing with my hair. It’s funny, when I first poured it on my hair, it just awakened my scalp, giving it - and me - new life. I went in the shower dead tired, and came out wide awake! Indeed, the feeling was quite invigorating! After a few uses, my hair felt and looked so different…in a good way! Finally, just to say something about the packaging of this product and the others in the line – it is so nice. The company really took the time to consider not only the ingredients in their products, like wonderful red clover, but how they’re presented. Just thought I would mention this as well. Very nice.
