Great Keyboard
Love using this thing to play FPS games. I don't have a huge desk, so having lots of space to move my mouse has really helped improve my game. Being able to remap the keyboard to whatever you'd like is easy, and adds more utility to it. It's also super responsive to all key inputs.

Quality well made one-handed keypad with mechanical switches and remapping web app
I previous reviewed my first one-handed keypad, the gmhaonan G92 one-handed gaming keyboard, which was only $17.99, which for the price I didn't think was half-bad. It was obviously a budget one-handed keypad with membrane contacts underneath and various RGB colors you could select from, and though the palm rest was plastic I still thought it was comfortable to use. The two macro keys they gave you however did not work very well, and you needed to press the Fn key and F1 or F2 keys which were at opposite ends of the keyboard and not very practical to use, and they didn't always work. However, despite the unusable macro keys and the keys being a tad mushy, it didn't miss any of my inputs, and so therefore it was a recommend from me, especially considering the low price. So now I get a chance to review the Lemokey X0 One-Handed Mechanical keypad which currently costs $32.99 on Amazon, only $15 more, and which boasts actual mechanical switches underneath, and a silicone palm rest along with web-based software to configure the keyboard as you like. The keypad I received was obviously a previous return based on the very large Amazon sticker on the box with the words "Void" underneath when I pealed it off, along with the fact that the box was not sealed. Nevertheless, when I opened the box up and took it out it looked to be in new condition. In the box it came surrounded by foam holding it in, and so was very well protected inside the box. It also came with a key puller, and a nice user manual. You get your choice of various RGB effects, but they all are red unlike the cheaper keypad I reviewed where you could choose any color. The VIA page they instruct you to go to remap the keys works to test the keyboard, but not to remap any of the keys. As someone else already said, if you go to the VIA main instructional page this keypad is not listed. However, if you go to the Lemokey website, select the X Series (Wired) under keyboards (X0 Gaming Keypad is the first one listed) when you go to that page, when you scroll down there is a link which says "Click here to use Lemokey Launcher" and that page works fine to remap the keypad. I also found this page also worked fine in Brave despite the manual saying you had to use Chrome, Edge or Opera browsers. At the web page you can also see if you have the latest firmware, with instructions on how to update it if you don't. There are also very detailed instructions on how to factory reset the keypad if that is ever necessary. Another reviewer mentioned that they didn't like that the software was web-based in case in the future the site was unreachable, which is a good point. However, most games on the PC allow you to remap the keyboard anyway, so I did not see this as a serious issue. If you plan to use this on an older console, there is another option to remap the keypad. I previously reviewed a Koiiko Keyboard and Mouse Converter for Nintendo Switch/PS4/PS3/Xbox One/Xbox 360 which I found worked very well on the Switch and Xbox 360, and which has up to 8 different profiles (F1 to F8) you can save with individual remap configurations on a standard keyboard. (It is no longer available on Amazon under the brand Koiiko, but it is now under the brands Joso and ArVin. Just look for the converter with a multi-colored triangle on top.) Anyway, on this converter to program the keys, you use the F11 and F12 keys. To use it with this keypad, since it doesn't have an F11 or F12 key, I used the Lemokey launcher to remap the keypad to use F4 and F5 as F11 and F12. Then using F1, F2 and F3 I can still have 3 different remapped profiles on this keypad.Using both the remapping feature in the Lemokey Launcher as well as in the converter both worked great, despite the manual saying "Third-party tools are not compatible with the keypad". The keys were more responsive as expected (1000 Hz) compared to the mushier membrane keys on the cheaper one I reviewed. The silicone palm rest was also larger and more comfortable, and I like the large spacebar being further away from the other keys and being more comfortable to use with your thumb. The only thing I found curious was the omission of the B key with a larger V key instead. It is much heavier than the membrane keyboard and has much more substantial rubber pads on the bottom to prevent it from sliding away from you. This is a very well made product and well worth the cost, with my only nitpick being I wish it had colors besides red. I always wanted a quality one-handed keypad where it was easy to remap the keys and now I do. 5 stars.

My New Favorite Gaming Keypad!
I have been using the same membrane gaming keypad for years because I could not find another that would beat it, until I found this one.I love the overall design and feel of it, and it truly does make gaming fun for me again. The overall size and feel of it is great. The keys feel amazing like I knew they would, considering my old gaming keypad was membrane, and I own a Lemokey X4 keyboard with red switches. I have to get used to how easy it is to press the keys now!One thing I want to point out is that the included instructions says to use VIA to remap the keys and setup macros. That does not work, at least not for me. It connects, but nothing happens afterwards. I ended up reading the description here that says to use Lemokey's software for remapping and macros, and everything worked out flawlessly using it. Lemokey isn't even listed anywhere as a compatible keyboard on VIA's site. The only thing that would make this keypad superior is if it were hot-swappable. I wish it were, but I cannot complain about the included Keychron red switches as they are extremely smooth. Maybe they could come out with a Keychron version that is hot-swappable?

I am very impressed and I am sold for this computer peripheral
OK, full confession here, I wasn't sold into a "half keyboard for gaming" thing and I always thought it is a gimmick. However, after I got my hand over this unit, I'm highly impressed with it. It's a fantastic gaming controller or half-keyboard? What do you even call it? Oh, sorry, one-handed gaming keyboard. It is great with a comfortable layout and solid build quality. The location of the spacebar key is a thoughtful design choice that enhances the gaming experience.Key Features and Benefits:1- Ergonomic Layout: The layout is more intuitive for gamers, reducing strain and improving accuracy.2- Customizable RGB Lighting: Not my thing but it's there. The wide range of lighting options allows you to personalize your setup.3- High-Quality Switches: The switches offer a satisfying tactile feel and smooth actuation.4- Durable Construction: This is a big one, the thing is built like a tank! It's very solid and the wrist rest is very comfortable, yet very stable. The keyboard feels solid, ensuring long-lasting performance. This is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a high-quality mechanical keyboard for gaming with a small footprint and comfortable layout. Its ergonomic design, responsive switches, and customizable RGB lighting make it a standout option in the market.

Surprisingly handy for gaming.
I didn't know if this keyboard would be useful but thought I would give it a try. Now I use it every time and love the comfort it provides. The buttons fall right where I need them and are great for gaming. You can change the lighting effects of the keys but are stuck with the red color, which is not a big deal. The button for the space bar is the best feature as it is big and easy to find. Just a nice addition to my computer setup.

Excellent gaming keypad
This compact keypad has an excellent feel. The layout is great for most games, but it feels like it's made especially for FPS games. The brown switches give a smooth and silent experience. I think the space key is done pretty well. The large surface area of the space key makes it easy to hit and responsive, even when tapped on the edges of the key.Overall, it's fantastic and comfortable to use. If you have a compact desk or are gaming on the go, this is an excellent gaming keypad!
