Love them!
It's early days for using these but as soon as I took these out of the box, I could tell they were a quality make. They are made from a thick, soft foam to cushion the foot and support it, but it has a rigid heel and arch support which made my foot sit correctly (probably for the first time in years!). A gel pad sits under the ball of the foot and a thicker one under the heel. These insoles do feel strange at first, hence why they suggest only using 3-5 hours per day initially, but I've quickly become used to it and I have to say, it's very comfy. I can already feel the benefit in my knees and lower back. Fitting them is simple too - you can trim them and for my size 7, I had to take off about 0.5cm. Then just remove your current insole and place these in. I then wore my trainers around the house, allowing them to bed in. It didn't take long and wow, such a difference! I'm delighted and very happy to recommend.

Good to start
These are good, it feels strange for the first few days wearing trying to get use to them.I suppose that's why they recommend only 3-4 hours aday to start with. They offer good support and feel comfortable over all

Increadible Insoles
For such a simple sort of product, it’s difficult to go to town with a detailed review. However, these insoles seem well-made and add a level of comfort with additional arch support, which I’m always looking for in my footwear. My feet have taken a battering down the years and nowadays, it is imperative that I go the extra yard for additional comfort and protection. The edges can be trimmed in order to achieve a perfect fit. Having done so, I’ve put them in an old pair of favourite walking shoes, for additional support and cushioning. The shoes are old and starting to wear on the sole but the uppers are still good. The addition of the insoles means that the shoes are positively renewed and very comfortable.Cons? They are a bit pricey but then they are well made and most sturdy. A pair will undoubtedly prove good value for money.

Good level of cushioning with high and rigid arch support
I have had issues with plantar fasciitis for a number of years and started using arch support insoles around 3 years ago, I found that the Pro 11 range suit my foot shape really well, to the point that I use them in every pair of shoes, trainers and boots without exception.I often look for alternative insoles, just in case there is something else that might work even better, hence I decided to give these a try. Compared to my usual Pro 11’s these are of a much higher quality. They are made from a thicker and softer foam, that is quite, squidgy and offers a reasonable amount of cushioning. There is a further gel pad under the ball of the foot and a thicker gel pad under the heel, which provides a very notable level of comfort for the heel when walking. On the underside of this soft top layer is a very rigid plastic heel and arch support area which provides a high level of stability. These are described as high arch support in my experience these provide possibly the highest and firmest arch support of all the insoles I have tried including other high arch support designs from the same brand. They are easily cut to size with scissors, the medium size is perfect for a UK 9 requiring no trimming at all. There is reference to these insoles being suitable for people weighing 220lbs plus, I would interpret this as a statement of the quality and durability of the materials used and these insoles are clearly suitable for anyone looking for comfortable high arch support insoles.I have found that the most important aspect with arch support insoles is the way they fit your individual foot shape. The height and position of the arch support is crucial, this does mean that not all brands of insole will be ideal for everyone. At first this type of insole can feel very uncomfortable and will take a little time to get used to. However, If you persevere you can be rewarded with a great amount of benefit and will not want to be without them.Compared to the insoles I use daily, the height of the arch support is slightly higher than what I am used to. I have high hopes for these insoles and as I am finding them so comfortable they may well become my go to design.I received them free of charge to review as part of the Vine programme, if I had paid for them at £17.99 at the time of ordering I would have been happy with the purchase.

Great insoles - some of the best we have found
We have tried various insoles for plantar fasciitis, as the handmade orthotics we use are expensive to replace. Most of the off-the-shelf ones are, at best, OK, but these rate higher than that. They are well built and feel quite strong, taking your weight well while providing a very good level of support around the heel and arch. Despite being firm, they are also flexible enough to fit easily into a shoe and mould to your foot as you walk; this makes them comfortable to use. They are an ideal backup, or spare, and super easy to move from shoe to shoe. If you cannot afford handbuilt orthotics, these may be a good choice.
