As described
Came in an organised layout, and was very easy to replace on my keyboard, feels good, no complaints

Great keycaps for south-facing LED switches. Not 100% perfect for UK users.
Good, but not perfect for UK Windows users. The keys themselves are nice and illuminate well with south-facing LED switches - which is why I bought them as the Razer ones I couldn't see the key markings. 5/5 I like the grey > dull beige colour scale, I think it looks good with a black Keychron K10 Max. The keys are very square and the surface area of the keys is less than the Keychron default ones, which are more rounded and do have a more premium feel. But, these are still nice to type with, with a similar sound to the default one's. Potentially a tighter higher-pitched noise but no louder and not intrusive at all (ps. used with brown switches). Sound will always depend on your combination of keys, switches and keyboard but this is my experience. 3/5 The only thing that is bad or I'm disappointed by is that despite having 136 individual keys, there are lots of duplicates of END, DEL, CTRL, etc. rather than having UK ISO variations. i.e. the 2 key has the @ on it (like on a mac) and there is no 2 with a " on it. So I haven't been able to replace 100% of the keys with these ones. Which is... fine... for me. My OCD doesn't seem to mind it but just to be warned for UK Windows users. Also, the function keys don't have their secondary functions on. Which is a nice-to-have rather than something I would have expected, but still something I think needs to be noted. There are lots of options, though, for keys to match the colour of that row - depending on the layout of your keyboard. Which is a nice thought. 2/5 As a final note, the included key puller is the absolute BEST. It is the 3rd one I've had and is SO much better than the Razer or Keychron versions. 100/5

Badly manufactured and ill fitting. Apart from the awful font, the legends are inconsistent in transparency and not well made at all, they have a quite smooth texture that made me sad. They don't seem to fit very well either, a bit wobbly. I returned them and it looks like someone else had the same opinion because the security seal was open and had a long brown hair stuck to it, lovely.

Great product does exactly what it needs to do.

Wider fingertip area than expected, but looks and feels great otherwise.
Quality is good. Fingertip typing surface a bit wider than other keycaps, but fine after getting used to. Minor QC issues where some of the letters don't let the light through as easily. Overall good product.

Good Quality - You May Not Get All the Keycaps You Need for a Mac
Letters are big and clear. Installation went with no issues. I had this set in black plus another set of white keys, to do a "tuxedo" visual arrangement with letters and numbers in black, and it worked out well. There are lots of keys leftover, including keys of different heights and widths that my keyboard (Vermilo98) didn't use. What is disappointing is how dagaladoo can ignore the Mac so blatantly. These "gamer" companies are so deep in their "keyboards are beautiful" rabbit hole they sell you a keyboard with white keys with tan letters that are impossible to see. Proper keys you CAN see are available, but if you're running a Mac you might have to reset your expectations. My keys and letters from Vermilo (white keys with tan letters) are all opaque. And they're BACKLIT. It would be impossible to make them harder to read. So apparently (being as diplomatic as possible) mine is a "stealth" keyboard. No-one can see the keys. (Protecting you from bad guys, of course!) Sound useful? Yea, No. I contacted Vermilo by email inquiring about where to get keys with a shine-through feature. I felt like I was missing something in this tangled mystery. The company lazily replied by defending it's "keyboards are beautiful even when they're useless" stance, offering me no assistance getting keycaps that will allow light to shine through them. They told me "Sorry, we cannot directly offer recommendations for purchasing keycaps from other brands. You might try searching on TikTok/YouTube/Instagram using keywords like "shine-through keycap" "ANSI layout," and "Cherry/OEM Profile" to find a suitable keycap set for you, referring to the information provided by these influencers." If you want a keyboard that's pretty, go with Vermilo. If you want one you can use, avoid them. If you fall for their pretty boards, don't bother asking for keycaps. They probably sell them, but might treat you disrespectfully for inquiring. They don't sell keyboards for typists; just boards for influencers to make videos with pretty hardware in the background. Clearly my mistake. Enter dagaladoo. All is good here. I had fun swapping keys and customizing the board. And it's worth adding the Vermilo keyboard itself is of excellent quality regarding feel, responsiveness and sounds it makes. But by the time I was done, I couldn't help but accept, though I bought two full sets of keys for just one board, a "Mac" key is nowhere to be found. No Option key, either. As if Windows is the only operating system anyone uses. Clearly my mistake again. If you're going down this rabbit hole, and you use a Mac, reset your expectations (unless you're an "influencer" who only wants something that looks pretty). In summary, I did have fun with the project and ended up with an excellent customized board for my (God forbid) Mac, despite the shortsightedness of the vendors involved. I'd ask for a "Mac" (Command) key and an "Option" key from dagaladoo, but I'm afraid I might be scorned and sent away. For now I'm happy; I just needed to vent my frustration. Nice quality from dagaladoo. Zero Mac support.
