Absolutely beautiful extremely high quality and well made. I will definitely buy more of these I love the ease of how they pull down and stay in place without a drawstring! They are so so excellent I have no words for how great these are. But over and about that when I received my order the box was all tore up and apparently had been attempted to be taped back up by the carrier I took photos then open the box and saw that they had crushed one and of the shades. I immediately contacted the company and they were so amazing and so helpful they didn't even ask me to return the damaged ones cuz I sent them photos of everything and they shipped out a new customized order so they had to fill custom measurements and remake them again, and they got here within a week!! Their Grace and speed and kindness is something you don't get every day and I am so very impressed with them and their quality of their product! I usually do not do many reviews as I do not have the time but this situation absolutely warrants a excellent review!! I highly recommend these and this company in particular! So super happy and they are going to be so helpful to my mother who is elderly and quite compromised and even she can work the shades.

I bought these to replace our bedroom's 25-year-old wooden blinds that I've hated for the last 10 years. Despite hating them, I procrastinated replacing them because I expected a painful, expensive process. Not the case! I feel these were worth every dime, and the ordering process was incredibly easy. Simply measure your window and include those dimensions when ordering. The shades fit exactly in the window opening, so well that the black-out feature truly would allow for day sleeping. They pull down and go back up smoothly and effortlessly, and they look clean, sleek, and modern. They were fairly easy to install, and they take up very little window space when rolled up, which makes the windows feel larger and allows more light into the room. Bonus points for no cords for our cats to mess with.If I'm being critical, the available colors didn't look all that different on the computer monitor, and because they're custom, they're not returnable, so that made me nervous, but I decided to take the plunge and order them anyway. I'm so glad I did because I love them and am over-the-moon excited about this purchase!An oddity worth noting: I ordered 2 of these blackout shades and 2 regular shades at the same time, and a single blackout shade arrived followed by the other 3 shades and hardware a day or 2 later. Nothing was missing, and everything was in pristine condition, so no harm, no foul. Just be aware things might be split up in shipping.

I am not too mechanically inclined, so it took me awhile to figure out how to install the shade. The Installation guide was somewhat unclear as to how to remove the two hangers from the shade unit. I was in no hurry to hang the shade so I took my time to figure out the questions I had. It would have helped if I could have called and discussed my problems with the vendor, but only email support was available, I finally figured out how to hang the shade and did so fairly quickly. The shade works very well in blocking the bright mid day sunlight coming in via the multi-glass patio door. The bright sunlight hit the tv screen making it impossible to watch tv. The shade is really nice and now I do not have to daily place and remove a blanket over the patio door.

We chose the light-filtering option throughout our home because we enjoy natural sunlight in the mornings and prefer not to block it out completely. These shades let in a beautiful, soft light while still providing a level of privacy.To maximize daylight and maintain privacy at night, we also added window tinting, allowing us to keep the roller shades up during the day and down after sunset. Installation was straightforward, and every shade fit perfectly. I highly recommend double-checking your measurements—the company even provided helpful suggestions based on mine, which I followed with great results and zero issues.Best of all, I saved over $2,000 by purchasing and installing them myself. Excellent experience from start to finish!

The short: These roller shades didn’t have a ton of reviews when we purchased them but we took the risk and boy have they paid off. We’ve since placed multiple orders and have them on all the bedroom and living space windows in our house. The custom sizing is excellent and the blackout feature is a must.The long: We recently purchased an old home and had the windows replaced prior to moving in. I knew we wanted window treatments (since people can literally peek right in from the sidewalk), but I really dislike traditional blinds and thought Roman shades would be inconvenient given our short windows. Since we have kids, we also can’t do long drapes, but we really appreciate having a dark room so a blackout shade was the thought. Custom shades cost thousands of dollars and we just didn’t have the budget for that so after a ton of Amazon research we settled on these roller shades. I love them and recommend them. Our windows are fairly inset and these shades fit perfectly into the space without looking too bulky. Have been using them for 6 months with no functional issues whatsoever. As for blackout-ness. They do great but light will always peek through the side of a shade unless you’re using black trash bags or aluminum foil to reflect every possible day of light. That being said, they do pretty well. The sun rises right over my bedroom window and it’s still dark every morning. We added some short blackout curtains to the kid’s room for extra blackout since they go to bed pretty early (shown in photos).Customer service was also great since we had a few issues with our first order.
