Great plug… but non-existent customer service!
The plug itself is perfect. It facilitates the charging of my iPhone speedily and is simple and practical.The only aspect that reduced my star rating for this product is the poor customer service re the warranty which came with the product. The instructions gave me a QR code to register… But I was a bit confused about which numbers to provide them for the product and so I asked that question for clarification…. Twice! Despite the original instructions telling me to email if I have any questions… They have never replied to the questions I have written. As a result, I do not know if I have any warranty on the plug. This is quite poor 😕
