I have had pretty stubborn anemia for years which isn't helped by my almost vegan diet. I've tried many iron supplements in different formats and they have not worked for different reasons: Prescription strength tablets - too , constipating, Over the counter tablets - no effect on iron levels, gummies - made teeth stained and tasted horrible, other liquids - had other added ingredients that interfered with medication. This ONE - TASTES GREAT, JUST IRON, and ACTUALLY WORKS

Really good quality and easy to take. I’ve been low in iron for a while and started taking 2 tablespoons every morning. After 3 weeks, I can already feel a difference—more energy and generally feeling better. Still taking it daily as my levels were very low, but it’s definitely helping.

The only iron I have been able to take consistently! If you’re a sensitive soul like me, this does not cause stomach pain or nausea on an empty stomach. Take with vitamin c to help it absorb. I’m finally raising my iron and Hb levels after 10 years of being stuck due to side effects.

Maybe it works for anemia but it is definitely causing respiratory issue for people with asthma problem. It contains potassium sorbate which is not mentioned in description or displayed photo but it is on a bottle I received!

After first (very difficult) open, I’ve not been able to open it again. The cap is terribly made!!

Lo compre por recomendación de mi nutrióloga al no ver progreso en mis niveles de hierro al estarlo tomando en capsula, con las capsulas me tarde mucho en "medio regularme" y cada que dejaba de tomarlas por poco tiempo volvian mis "sintomas", este me encantó, el sabor me costo al inicio ya que es muy dulce, sabe bien pero soy muy sensible a lo dulce, con el tiempo me acostumbre, no he medido mi hiero pero definitivamente puedo sentir y ver los cambios, tengo mayor energía durante el día, ya no me dan golpes de cansancio por la tarde ni ganas de tomar siesta todos los días, ademas mi cabello dejo de caerse al extremo. Se necesita constancia pero definitivo es algo que funciona mejor que las capsulas. Yo senti el cambio a partir de la media botella aproximadamente.

This iron product is very good, i just started taking it like 2 weeks now and i noticed of a good sleep.i will have to take for a month to tell you all how it went..the taste is okay as well..👍
