The media could not be loaded. This hidden camera detector is sensitive when it comes to a working wireless hidden cameras during my tests. For wired cameras, like a computer webcam or one that’s plugged in, it’s not as responsive or doesn’t give off the same beeping alerts as it does for wireless ones. It’s really handy though, it’s small, sturdy, and easy to carry around. The battery seems to last quite a while. The signal detection is pretty sharp. I usually set it to the most sensitive mode to scan larger areas, and if it starts beeping, I narrow it down by adjusting the range to find the exact spot. I also use the red light feature to check for camera reflections in outlets, small gaps, or corners. It’s easy to use, and there’s a little light at the bottom that works as an emergency flashlight. I think it’s a nice extra layer of security when traveling and staying in hotels or Airbnbs.

This barely works as described. I couldn't get it to pick up the wifi signals, could not get it to pick up magnetic unless right on the magnet, the filter does not help you see the hidden lenses.Would not rely on this tool to find any hidden cams or hidden hardware. So if you worry about staying at a hotel or air bnb I would not use this tool.

This device was a game-changer for ensuring my privacy. It's small and discreet, easy to pack, and incredibly straightforward to use. During one particular stay, it alerted me to a hidden camera disguised as a decoration—a disturbing find that reinforced the value of this little gadget.Using it is as simple as turning it on and walking around the room. If it detects anything—RF signals, cameras, or GPS trackers—it immediately lets you know with a clear alert. It gave me a significant peace of mind, knowing I could easily check for and address any privacy concerns in my temporary living spaces.

I can detect several types of spying devices, and I can fit it inside my pocket or use the included lanyard to hang it on my carabiner along with my keys on my belt loop. I measured it, and it’s 4 1/8" tall, 1 1/8" wide, and 1/2" thick.I long-press the power button to turn it on. The first mode I use is wireless signal detection. It has a signal strength indicator, and I can slowly move to figure out the source of the signal. As I get closer, I notice the bars on the signal meter increase, and the beeping grows more frequent. I can adjust the sensitivity using the O button. To switch modes, I press the power button again. In infrared detection mode, I can detect cameras with night vision. I’ve learned it must be dark for this to work effectively. I can also use this mode to detect other infrared-emitting devices.In magnetic detection mode, I can move it around to find hidden magnetic devices, such as GPS trackers or covert surveillance bugs. I can also use it to detect movement on a door handle or window when I switch to vibration alarm monitoring mode. I attach it to a door handle with a rubber band. When I enter this mode, I have a few seconds to place the device somewhere before it activates. I’ve noticed even the slightest movement will set off the alarm.I also use it as a flashlight, as there’s a switch on the right side of the device next to the charging port. When I switch it on, an LED light emits from the bottom. Additionally, there’s an SOS feature where I press both the power button and the O button together. It will beep and flash a red light until I press the power button again to stop it. Lastly, it includes a charging cable, and when I charge it, I see a red dot light up to indicate it’s charging.Before I took it out to use in real situations, I experimented with the device at home. I practiced finding hidden cameras and other spying devices to get familiar with how it works. This helped me become more efficient in detecting devices, especially in different environments.
