Really wasn't sure about buying this, but took the plunge as I just miss the speed & accuracy of a PC mouse during shooters!I had read some mixed reviews that differed widely, so I did a bit of research. I strongly suggest visiting the manufacturers website tuact.comYou MUST have a WIRED CONTROLLER! (From what I've read this is down to Microsoft rather than the Tuact)It doesn't work with wireless Xbox controllers OR with the wireless 'recharge whilst you play' type of controllers. I have also read that it is best if the wired controller is an official one and not a 3rd party controller.From my 5 star rating you should be able to guess that I have no issues with either the game play or the build quality of this product. The product consists of a 'mouse' controller a 'wand' controller and a 'dongle'.The dongle plugs into a USB port of the front of the Xbox, the wired controller then plugs into the dongle.The wand and mouse work via a wireless connection to the dongle.The 'wand' has all the controls & functions that you would find on the Left hand side of a standard Xbox controller, the mouse has the controls from the right hand side. The mouse feels larger and heavier than a standard PC mouse, but it does have more buttons (A,B,X,Y etc), but is comfortable to use for prolonged periods.The manufacturers website has freely downloadable PC drivers and configuration software that allows remapping of the controls (this *might* be of use for left handed players) and real fine tuning of the sensitivity if needed. You can also save/load various profiles that contain mapping for specific games. Simply plug the dongle into your PC.There are also freely downloadable manuals/config guides that are well worth reading.If any of this sounds overly complicated ...... it isn't! It takes seconds to set up.The product claims to work with a PC, but I have not tried this out yet, so can't comment.During gameplay the difference was immediately noticeable. Movement, aiming and shot accuracy were dramatically improved (but that could just be me!). I have only tried the Aimon XB with 4 different games so far and not seen any obvious lag.Apart from some minor tweaking of the sensitivity settings (on the Xbox not via the PC config), it pretty much worked straight out of the box and although it felt a little odd to start with, it doesn't take a huge amount of time to get used to. Just do a few single player/training missions and it all becomes clear.Overall, this product is not cheap and if you don't have a wired controller then there could be an additional cost, but it works for me works for me, it does exactly what I was expecting it to do and for me it gets the 5 stars.Quick Edit to add some info:Earlier versions of the Aimon XB Elite seem to have had issues when using a headset/mic (buzzing & breaking up).The current version is the Aimon XB Elite V - this is the one I purchased and the Tuact website states that it has updated hardware. My headset/mic seems to work perfectly - just be sure you have the latest 'V' model.It should be noted that the headset gets plugged into the Wired Controller, not the Aimon. Obviously this means your gaming setup needs to be fairly close to your Xbox/Wired Controller. You'll also need some space for a mouse mat.

The Aimon XB feels cheap and after a couple of weeks it no longer works properly with my Xbox.The receiver no longer seats the Xbox cable correctly, It works with a bit of fiddling but who needs that.When it did work it was good and it still works well with my PC.Quality is not a word I associate with this product and at just over £70 it is double the price that it should be.

It works great and that you need a wired controller is mentioned in the description. Also this is not the foult ofTuact but of Microsoft as MS does not offer the controller-code. I have the Xscorch360 (the same in white, older version but exactly the same) and it works really great.I play COD and GoW3 with this and it is very good for exactand fast aiming. Also the nunchuk is very helpful as it is easier to play with this as with a pc keyboard.It is important to have the newest software from [...] (it is the same as for xscorch - works for both)to get the best out of it.Also it is very important to raise up the sensivity for aiming in the game options.Not so good for RdR and GTA as for Firstpersonshooter and Gears but also possible and playable.

I bought this item when I moved from pc to console for fps gaming. It's easy to set-up easy to use and I have no complaints at all.
