I’m not sure. But you are supposed to microwave it burst of 20 second intervals and make sure you mix it well before you put it back in the microwave. Hope that helps :)

This Callebaut Chocolate is pre-tempered. As long as you do not heat above 40.5°C it should remain in its pre-tempered state. Heating above this temperature will take it out of its tempered state and you would then need to temper it again. (Information from Callebaut themselves).
