It works great, my wife uses it for interviews, having this mike between her and the other person, catching the sound from both of them. Had to purchase a pouch separately, though.

I love this mic for video work. Excellent, clear stereo audio, and it works beautifully with my Canon XA-20. Since I've had this, I never use any of the other mics that I used with the camera for dialog in the studio. No more messing with recording to one track and copying it to the second track. This sounds way better than that ever did. This will let you do things that would otherwise require two separate mics, and having to mess with mixing them properly.

Shure typically has good microphones, I've purchased two other condenser mics I wasn't enamored with but this mic blew me away! I'll be recommending this mic to anyone that needs an omnidirectional mic going forward.
