Simple, Comfortable Good-Sounding
This is a good hearing amplifier. It fits comfortably and the sound is clear. The volume is controlled by turning a very small screw at the end of the hearing aid; the on/off switch is a very small switch.But even with my old eyes, it is not hard to make the adjustments. I have had no need to change the volume once it was set, and when I turn the amplifier on in the morning I am done.I can pull on a sweatshirt without knocking the amplifier out of my ears and it is pretty much invisible.The ad says it includes noise reduction, but like all I have tried it really does nothing in that regard that I can hear. That is ok since I put it down to advertising exaggeration and did not expect it to be any different from the other hearing amplifiers I have tried.

Helpful
These hearing helpers actually help enough. Since I’m just in the beginning of hearing loss, these are enough. I don’t give them 5 stars because they tend to fall out when I’m eating. I’ve used the included different sizes of adapters and still the right one wants to fall out. But they sure work well.

My Husband Loves Them
Bought them for my hubby as another pair he had died on him (not these). He likes these better than the other ones he had. So far, so good.

This is not for older people
This hearing aid is to small for older patients you have to have very good eye sight to adjust didn’t work for me

Sound quality is pretty good!
Used over the ear aids for quite a while. Wanted to try in the canal style because of my glasses. I think I’m going to like them. Having trouble getting them connected to my phone and IPad though.

It works
These hearing aids are very nice. They’re comfortable, good sound amplification. Only have favorable comments. We I really appreciate is speedy customer support response. Had a question about how the domes are supposed to fit. Got a reasonable speedy response. Surprisingly a follow up to check on my satisfaction. Customer service in today’s ignoring you, this is a welcome surprise. Thank you!
