I wanted to purchase this phone from long time ago after watching a lot of videos about how durable this phone is. After getting this rugged phone, I don't regret it :) Its my daily driver when I'm traveling overseas, because it withstand beating/pressure and handle scratches and drops like a champ, in addition to all this, this phone support multi sim cards, I can keep my local sim card and another sim card for the country I'm traveling to. This is phone is not heavy, I like the sleek design and extra star for the long lasting battery. I totally recommend this phone if you are afraid to break your phone and don't care about fancy software or camera features.

Does not work on Verizon or AT&T. Works on T-Mobile. WiFi calling does not work at all from my home, where there is no cellular signal. I use Starlink. T-Mobile tech support and even the T-Mobile store were not able to set it up so I can use calling (or texts, INCLUDING those annoying 2FA texts) from my home. Battery life and storage are absolutely phenomenal! Those are great. The ruggedized case is really great, too. It's a really nice mini-tablet. I am using it as one of my physical devices to test Android applications I write with Android Studio. Worthless as a phone to me. If you use a carrier that supports it (like T-Mobile) and live in an area where you do not have to depend on WiFi calling it is a great phone, especially at this price.

I bought this for my husband who has a rough job outdoors and is not tech savvy. He has dropped this many times and there is no harm to the phone. It does not require an additional case or screen protector. Features are great- high volume, takes nice pictures, compatible with all apps. Excellent purchase!

Edit, While hardening the phone, I un-installed the AI assistant feature and now the thing cannot connect to the internet on the cellular network. I even got a request on Signal from OPPO OPPO and if I understand correctly that's the manufacturer. Is that not scary? I am dumping it I took one star off because I got a message from TEA MOB ILL saying "Your phone is not fully compatible. But yo can. Be aware that some features may not work and you may experience slowness" My guess is that the phone is not 5G capable. But this phone is responsive, fast and easy easy on the battery. I did not charge it when it came. And after 4 days that battery is still at 40%. Real bargain for the price. Feels like an expensive SAM SONG.

This was my SECOND DooGee phone...different models. NEITHER would work with my Cricket/ Att service. I don't know if it is that the entire line up won't work with Cricket or just these 2 models. I will not be trying a third.

Doesnt have an automatic cloning from old phone option Camera images are really poor even after selecting super fine quality, only 3 camera resolutions available it is light, thin and rugged phone.
