I've always trusted Himilaya products, which is why I chose this particular shilajit. It arrived sealed in a box but, unfortunately, without the measuring spoon included. I had no way to tell how much I should use, so I didn't use it at first. After many tries reaching out to both Himalaya and Amazon in order to get a replacement spoon, Amazon did finally help me out, thankfully, and I have been able to now use the shilajit. It's very strong in its flavor, and kind of an acquired taste, but I really like it stirred into my coffee. I find that I have much more energy and look forward to using it every day. I feel that this is authentic shilajit and, like I said, I trust this brand.

I had to keep doing research on what these were supposed to do cuz I never felt anything.

Does not give me muscle cramps like a liquid shilajit bought from fb, which supposedly is tested for heavy metals
