I wanted high-protein, high-fiber shakes to support my GLP journey. These are a little thinner than other chocolate brands, but have 30g protein and 7mg fiber plus vitamins and calcium, so they’re exactly what I wanted. The taste is not chalky - pretty good, actually! Expensive but so far, worth the investment.

Atkins is my "go to protein shake" now! Lots of protein and drinkability - very tasty and an excellent source of fiber! We all need fiber and the more the better! I average at least one a day and they have a very good taste and very low sugar content. Plus they are reasonable in cost!

I love reading reviews, they tell me specific things I need to know. The shake is thin, not thick like many others are. The taste is great but the aftertaste is a bit chalky, not the greatest taste but I can make smoothies with it, to make it taste better. I like that it is higher in protein and fiber, when I've drank other shakes they make me hungry!

Tastes great and is filling. A little pricey but is worth the money in my opinion.

Good taste, smooth texture, controls appetite well with the 30g of protein. Fiber is an added benefit I don't see a lot of other drinks providing. Keeps me full. Would mix well in a smoothie. Wish they'd reduce the price though, knowing a lot of people medically require drinks like this. It is a shame it is so expensive, it is not economical in the slightest. I've been a long time repeat customer, and I am getting fed up with the price being constantly raised.

I am so picky about my premade protein shakes because some of them are just too sweet. I think Atkins has found a good balance in flavor. I personally like to drink these room temperature. It is hard to find good quality shakes with 30g protein without breaking the bank and if that's your quest, you've arrive to your destination with these shakes! :)

Tastes great! I usually start my days off with this shake. Does not taste chalky or like a healthy shake. So good & even better it’s low carb & high protein!

I find consuming enough protein hard when trying to actually build muscle mass. I'm not an athlete or anything, but I want to be firm before perimenupause hits, since I would like to avoid those bat wings and such. This is a repetitive buy for me because it's low kcal. It doesn't taste like chalk. It's definately filling to me, and most shakes have me hungry in 2-3 hours. I'll keep buying it unless I come across something better. The only real negative I can come up with is it being from a dieting conglomerate I don't really agree with or like.
