Kindly open the box and see all the items and better to take video during unboxing all while keeping the delivery person with you... Got delivered damaged product.. Similar to the one who posted already..the center piece holding the drum is broken.. Literally zero stars..but we are forced to give atleast one star to submit the feedback

NOT EASY To USE, Installation required
Impossible to shut the lid of the grinder. No ease of handling the wet grinder. The delivery boy was in a hurry to put down and go. Installation need to be assisted.

Suitable for family of 5 . Decent enough and heavy duty. No complaints as of now , very ergonomic design, easy to clean. Not much noise . All parts were there . Overall very good and satisfactory.
