What if Lincoln had never been shot at Ford's Theatre? What if Rome had never fallen to the Vandals? Or what if the Nazis had won WWII and colonized the United States? This last question really got me thinking. I started imagining a girl growing up under a terrible regime, where Nazis soldiers patrolled her Virginian town and where Hitler's grandson resided at the White House.
