To me it’s 4.5 stars. The sound quality for the noises is pretty good. I love that you can adjust the display brightness. There are two things I wish it had. A remote and a way to set multiple alarms.A remote would be nice for those days I want to snooze since we put the alarm across the room. But not a huge deal.My fiancée and I both use this. We sometimes get up at different times and I would love to not have to set a second one once I’m up. It is several clicks just get get it set so it’s a tad annoying. We just use our phones if we need a second one. (Although the purpose of this was to not use our phones in bed anymore)

So form-wise it's 5 stars. I think it's a great shape. I love the linen-like fabric, very cool look. The "white" clock has a white cord but the clock is more cream, which I like. Function-wise it checks nearly every box. The display brightness is adjustable all the way down to off. There are different alarm sound options. The alarm brightness is also adjustable. In fact, even the time frame for how early the light comes on before the alarm is adjustable, so you can set it to start just 5 mins before the alarm which is a nice feature. It's easy to use and there's a back button if you go too far while setting the time (that's standard today but I remember days when you'd have to go all the way around again!) Two significant down sides-- the back up battery does keep the time and settings in place, but the alarm won't actually go off if you've lost power at that particular time. Hummm, the description made it seem like the battery back up was to still have the alarm go off. Major bummer I'd say. Also, when you snooze, the light goes off too. That kind of defeats the purpose of the light slowly waking you up if you can opt to turn if off for 9mins while in a sleepy state. I had a hard time finding anything that checked all the boxes for me, so I'll go with it, but I do wish it had those last two features. Overall it's a great clock and we'll designed.

Where do I begin. I love my new clock. The directions were simple for set up. The quality and value for the price seem very good to me. I really enjoy the calming sound and the alarm is so cool - I love it. I think it will be next to my bed for a long time - seems very good quality. I think the features are perfect and it does exactly what I was looking for in replacing our ancient alarm clock.

I was skeptical at first but for my mental health I need to keep my phone out of the bedroom which meant I needed an alarm clock but I haven’t had one in at least 10 years. I did a lot of research and was very intrigued by a fancy alarm clock that shall not be named but I couldn’t justify $170 and a subscription just to use it. I chose this one over the others because the fabric covering the digital time screen helps eliminate the blue light effects that others have and I liked that it is dimmable. I also found this one to be very cute as some of the other sunrise clocks I think are really ugly. This clock is easy to use, I love all the settings, it’s loud but gentle. I find that I tend to wake up before the alarm goes off because of how bright it is, which is fantastic since I no longer jolt awake. The snooze button will turn the light back on as well as the sound which is fantastic. The price is absolutely worth it for what you get even though it can seem hard since you can get cheapo clocks for $15, but your sleep and mental health is worth it, I promise.

I am very pleased with this alarm. I love the slow sunrise in the morning, although I set it to 5 minutes because I felt that was plenty of time to wake up. The sounds are very soothing - like a serene spa.

If you were interested in a smart alarm clock like the Hatch Restore, then you will probably really like this. It's not nearly as advanced as the Hatch Restore, but it does offer some good sounds and really simple controls. It doesn't use an app or connect to Wi-Fi, and everything is done on the clock with the multitude of buttons on the top of the device. This makes it really easy to just set the alarm or turn off and on the sounds, even though it's not as powerful as setting up a sleep routine that you would with another smart product. For the price, I think it is a good deal, even though I do wish it looked a little bit nicer.

This alarm clock has made waking up so much easier. I love the variety of sounds, the ability to change brightness, and the length of time the light is on. Overall I would say it's a good value and works as described!

“Snooze” button is right next to the button to turn the alarm off, and they both little nubs on them, so it’s way too easy to turn the alarm off instead of snoozing. I’ve overslept twice this week because of this. Also, the sunrise feature brightens the light over seconds instead of minutes. If you choose “15,” the light reaches full brightness in 15 seconds instead of over 15 minutes. I’m returning this. Too expensive for such a poor user experience.
