It's actually longer than I expected but that's completely ok! It's easy to adjust the length. It's also heavier than a thin steel speed rope but the becomes gives it momentum and becomes a lightly weighted workout. Good, inexpensive rope so far!

Yes, this is a good little beginner jump rope. I just started with jump rope for exercise and this was an inexpensive way to do that.

This is a great beginner jump rope. I just used my for a workout and it worked great. I will say the quality does feel a little cheap but for the price is makes sense. It did not get tangled while I was jump roping that was a nice surprise. I am 5’4” and I did have to wrap it one time around my hand for it to be a good length for me.

This is exactly what I was looking for and wanted. The jump rope is easy to use and size to fit your needs. The grip is nice. The handles are easy to hold, the handle is comfortable. The jumprope is lightweight and glides through the air smoothly.

Yes, it is adjustable. Use Tools, wiggle. See photos. This will be a stupidly long review for such a small, inexpensive item. It's a jump rope. It needs adjusting, it will be too long unless you play for the Knicks and I'm sure they can afford better. I will include an adjustment photograph , it's easy if you use two pairs of pliers. In my case, a small set of vice grips and even smaller channel locks I never thought I'd find a use for, but let's not quibble. Pliers would be fine. Retain a little extra length in case you want it longer than you first thought. As a jump rope, I guess it's good. I am a total Baseline Beginner. I thought it would be easy, it was when I was in 6th grade. I hung it in the sun for a half an hour to straighten out any kinks with light weights attached to the handles (the two tools I used to adjust it). I think it works just fine, other users will agree because they actually are able to jump rope. I am up to about 30 seconds at a time now and it moves smoothly, haven't had it tangle. If you are a female, a nice tight sport bra is not a bad idea.

Its a little long for me and it gets dirty fast if ur outside with it. And the handle cracked when I dropped it.

It’s not as light weight as hoped, but it’s a great skipping rope, very easy to cut to size and the colour and price was wonderful.
