Great for the price
I saw someone using this at the gym with amazing coordination, so I wanted to try it out to see if I could improve my own aim and accuracy. I especially like the drawstring bag this comes with because I like to keep all my workout equipment organized in bags/cases.

Great Reflex Training Tool

Nice workout tool!
I got this for my teenage son, and he's going to love it! It's great for the reasons listed on the product (training, punching, reflexes, etc.), but also just as a good way to relieve stress.
