So I started taking this for a few days. I started feeling weird with stomach issues and it didn’t cross my mind that it could be related to this since I just started and I had low expectations. I kept thinking what I was feeling seemed familiar, bc it felt like a stomach pain I had before and just in general I felt bad but didn’t think at all it could be this. I was running things in my head trying to figure out a time when I had felt this pain in stomach before. It then dawned on me. I’m having all of the exact side effects I had on Ozempic! This zaps your appetite. Unfortunately I had to stop Ozempic bc of these same side effects that I was now experiencing on this Berberine, which tells me this no doubt is Ozempic in a bottle. It took 3 days for my symptoms to start. I started Off taking two of these so if you are sensitive to Ozempic start slow with this just like the shots. Unfortunately this stomach pain I get is unbearable for me. I think ozempic caused me to get pancreatitis bc I was so ill bc I kept trying to stay on it bc I wanted it to work, until I just got way too ill . I’m am NOT saying anything Bad about this at all! I highly recommend anyone considering Ozempic to start here first!!! Or to try this instead if you can no longer afford ozempic bc the ingredients work. I was on name brand Ozempic, and this caused me to feel the exact same way and kills appetite completely. IT WILL WORK FOR SOMEONE WHO IS NOT AS SENSITIVE TO THE GPL1’s as I am. After taking this product for about a week I did notice the food cravings went away which stopped me from overeating/stress eating. I like the fact there was no after taste and I didn't experience any side effects. Pills are easy to follow. I followed the directions for the most part and I will say I didn't loose any weight but I didn't gain any either even though I was not on a restrictive diet. I feel like I would have been consistent with exercise I would have lost weight.

Hallelujah something that works!!! I never write reviews on Amazon. For this product it's a must. I'm 46 marathoner runner and has a nutritionist. I workout correctly and eat very clean with 20-26 grams of protein per meal. At this age I wasn't a size 4 and toned any more because of the hormonal weight gain. It's ok not very strong appetite help tho....I used to take a different one tht was way better . I got this one as it was out of stock . I take 1 mowing one aroing 12-1 otherwise if I take 2 morning by 2-3 food noise is terrible

This is one of the best supplements I have tried.
