PTZ camera is amazing. Allows for tracking and automatic movement. The supplied mount is great but I opted to install the flush mount kit in the eaves of the house.

Awesome PTZ camera with Auto tracking.

This camera has made me feel incredibly safe in my home. You can link it to an app on your phone to control where the camera faces. Additionally, you can have preset positions for the camera that you just click a button in the app to adjust the position. We use this to face our alley way, backyard, and side view.

its junk.. keeps saying motor stuck recalibrate.. kept doing it . now it quit and wont restore. says problem with device.. going to take down and try and send back for $300 not a good choice.. too much aggrevation going to reinstall my cheaper $80 camera more dependable

The camera is great but the auto tracking feature is not great. It tends to move in large steps and loose focus on what it is tracking.Also, know this is not a standalone camera and requires a POE and a branded network recording device. This cost me another 200, but there is no monthly cloud fee unless you signup for the cloud solution.I will be buy a few more cameras from them…but maybe the new upgraded version with more ai features

A very good camera, survived a very heavy rain and wind in Spain , stayed connected. It was a good addition to my home ubiquity internet system. The assembly was easy and the picture quality is good.

The Ubiquiti G5 PTZ delivers excellent image quality and a very smooth pan/tilt/zoom experience. Setup through UniFi Protect was quick — it automatically appeared and integrated right into the dashboard. The 4K sensor captures impressive detail even when zoomed in, and the night vision is sharp with good contrast.The motorized movement is quiet and responsive, and I appreciate how fluid the tracking feels. Like most UniFi gear, it’s meant to stay inside the UniFi ecosystem, so it won’t integrate with third-party NVRs, but that’s expected.If you’re already running UniFi Protect, this is a top-tier PTZ camera that makes monitoring larger areas effortless.

Very happy. Three mounting options, all hardware included including waterproofing membrane for plug.PTZ very responsive and (I don't say this often) a very good-looking design. Yes, it's dear but the quality and the AI abilities are both excellent.
