Very beneficial for those with fatigue.
These were recommended to me by a friend, and since taking these, I have noticed that my fatigue levels have decreased, I'm not having hardly any naps during the day time, but I'm also having a better night's sleep. Definitely worth trying.

Nothing noticeable
I took these for a few months, they taste nice and I prefer the lozenge to pills and powders. But I'm not sure there were any benefits, I didn't feel any different the whole 3-4 months I was taking them and now I've stopped, also no difference. Some people might argue that is normal, but if you can't see or feel the benefit of a product, how can you verify if it's worth it. Hence the 3 stars.

Easy to take , just one a day before breakfast easy
Well honestly I'm trying this item and I'm not going to lie but surprisingly I do feel more awake more energy sleeping better, so I'm going to keep taking them and it says can help with ageing well fingers crossed I'm going to look twenty one again lol

Sceptical but…
I’m not really a supplements person. Purchased these on the hype expecting to regret my decision shortly thereafter. I’m about 3 weeks in and I have to say my sleep is the best it’s been for years. I’m getting a good 15-20% more per night than I have for a decade. Coincidence? There’s been no other significant changes to my lifestyle so at the moment I’m putting it down to the NMN. Haven’t noticed any of the other purported benefits yet but until proven otherwise I’m happy with my purchase and will be repeating

Wasn't for me
I didn't find any benefits from taking these at all. I have fibromyalgia and perimenopausal, so wanted something that may aid recovery, energy and sleep Unfortunately, they did not provide this for me May suit people who have a healthy condition and train regularly though
