hard ball
it's a ball. how can you go wrong with a ball, i thought when i purchased this for my 10 yr old daughter who just started playing volleyball. i got it for her to be able to practice her bumps and spikes, but they ended up using it in a game this morning. well, apparently this particular ball is very hard and hurt some of the kids' arms during the game.

Great Ball
This is the all time best indoor volleyball I have used. The fabric is perfect for competitive play and has great spin potential. As an outside hitter this is my favorite ball and my setters all agree.
