I love this flexibility for occasional guests who stay the weekend. 4-6 People and 5 drink coffee and dinner parties. I've had it just over a month. I was surprised it didnt come with the filter piece and took it from the previous. Im keeping expectations on that it won't last forever. Great if one drinks decaf or my daughter who loves only iced coffee. Since I don't use it every day may be my perfect alternative solution! So far so good!

I bought this on Jan 2 and have been using it for only 24 days. Today I continued to get a "add water" message (with a full tank) and "error 8" message followed by "dry". I cleaned the tank and re-filled several times and unplugged the machine to re-set it as online has indicated. I was finally able to get the machine to brew. Mind you this is a brand new machine and after 24 days has issues. I use filtered water so this should not be an issue. I have notified Keurig to see if there are solutions to fix these issues. I will keep this rating updated, but use caution when purchasing this machine. EDIT: So I have been able to get the coffee machine to work once again. After getting errors, I unplugged the machine for a period of time, flushed out the water tank, and plugged it back in with fresh water. I was able to get it to function normally for the past several days. I use the timer and it have brewed coffee without issue for a few days. The single use side is functioning normally. Don't know if unplugging it reset whatever chip is inside but it works for now. If it continues to function normally over the next few months I will change my star rating. For now, I am skeptical of long term use. 02/08/25 UPDATE: DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!!!!!!!! I experienced same issues as listed about. Tried to repeat the "fix" three times without success. Contacted Keurig, but I am not optimistic I will receive a full refund. Amazon also closed my ability for a return on 02/01/2025, so I now can ONLY DEAL WITH KEURIG. If I could give zero stars I would. 02/28/25 ANOTHER UPDATE: Was able to finally get Keurig to send me another machine on 02/16/25. On 02/28/25, I received the new machine. Unpacked and carefully followed the directions to the "T". Plugged in the machine as directed and it failed to turn on. Tried a different outlet, nothing. Tried another machine and it powered up without issues. Not an outlet problem. It was clearly a machine problem walked around the house trying the machine on various outlets, nothing. Called Keurig and they ran through troubleshooting, nothing. Machine DEAD ON ARRIVAL. They tried to tell me since this was a warranty replacement machine, it no longer was subject to warranty. EVEN THOUGH THIS MACHINE WAS DEAD ON ARRIVAL. I was able maintain my composure and convince Keurig to send me another machine, which will be here in 7-14 days. Stay tuned folks! BTW way, my first machine still has the above issues and continues to periodically stop working, then work, then not work... I would love to have my money back, but Keuring rather spend more money on shipping and returns than refund my purchase price. Come on Keurig, you can do better. EDIT: 04/20/25, ANOTHER UPDATE. Since my last update on 02/28/25, I received a third replacement machine from Keurig to replace the dead one. Got #3 all set up on 03/03/25 and ready to go and it worked until 03/28/25, exactly 25 days, then I got the dreaded "add water" and "error 8" message. Called Keuring and asked for a refund, but they still refuse since I bought it from Amazon. Asked to get another comparable machine, which they didn't have in stock (UGH). Ordered #4 replacement. On April 3, 2025, #4 replacement machine arrived. Got #4 all set up and on 04/20/25, it stopped working like the others. This one only lasted 17 days. EDIT: Keurig has started ignoring my calls. I was referred to a "specialist" who told me I needed to send my #4 machine in first BEFORE I could get sent a replacement. As I did not want to send them my machine without a replacement first, they started ignoring my emails and are now refusing to correspond with me at all. #4 machine continues to brew 2 cups then shut off reporting it is dry when there is a full water tank. I will never purchase another Keurig product and you should seriously consider doing the same. Four unusable machines in 8 months is ridiculous!

I really like this unit. The K cup function is outstanding. Water reserve is generous and in the back of the unit which keeps this hidden. Perfect. Only brewed a few pots, it worked flawlessly. It’s looks a bit smaller than others which is helpful when you have limited space. The look of the unit is great. Very West German-ish. Handsome and functional. The unit is a breeze to use. So glad I chose this.

My duel coffee maker (also Keurig) that I've had forever died. I am a coffee all day / all night drinker - so you can imagine my desperation to get a new coffee maker quickly. This one was luckily on sale and was delivered overnight!! It make a perfect K-cup of coffee with a strong brew and a hot brew buttons!! Something new to me and I love it. Made a full 12 cup pot as well the first day and that was excellent too!! Thank you Amazon for the speedy delivery and thank you to Keurig for a wonderfully upgraded coffee maker!

I bought this Gen 2 version at 50% off for Christmas, and wish I had returned it in the window allowed. There are good and bad points to this machine. There is one footprint opposed, to 2 due to 2 different machines. Also, unlike my reg. coffee maker, the coffee ground basket never over flows ,causing the grounds to empty into the pot. Though, I think that most coffee pots keep your grounds in the basket... As someone else mentioned, if you want this to fit under a cabinet, you likely will not be happy, trying to fill the reservoir. Due to my water being hard, Keurig recommends using spring or distilled water (depends on whom you speak with), With a reg coffee maker tap is ok. So, my cost either was going to increase to $500 per year from ~ $120 for just per cup by cup Keurig machine, as my husband drinks a pot of reg and I drink individual cups of decaf. Or, I conceded and bought a Brita -A Huge Fatal Flaw with this unit is there is no off switch to stop the process of coffee being made. I found out via Utube that you need to hold the Set button for 3 sec. The reason that this is so important to know is that "if" you either accidentally select something and want to change your mind, you have to be able to stop the machine or actually pull the plug, which of course then erases all of you time settings. Sometimes holding the button down for 3 secs isn't even enough to stop the process. The single cup frequently is defaulted to and the only way to make that stop is to lift the handle, but it still doesn't let you reset that I have found, without unplugging. When you lower the handle it just wants to go back to where it stopped, mid stream.. So now one of my favorite features is voided, because I will have to divorce my husband if he pulls the plug one more time, to interrupt what the machine wants to make for you, and I have to reset the clock and the timer each time. Next, in talking to the pretty useless 1st person, also because my carafe (brand new unit, has an abnormal lid, threatening to break, pretty much after repeating my self seriously, no less than "4" times, I was told that they don't have any carafes for my new model, Gen 2 machine, and call back in a month or so(and waste another 45 min total time). They shouldn't have given in, on customer service. It used to be remarkable a few years back.

This is a great coffee pot I was hesitant at first do it a fact it did say it takes over 15 minutes to make a pot of coffee which is wrong on my and mine makes a pot of coffee under 9 minutes which is really good it tastes really good The K-Cup works great and it's nice just to have 12 oz of hot water extra hot water where my instant decal coffee when I want it perfect by great buy definitely worth the investment

My sister in law told me about this Keurig singles or a carafe for a full pot of coffee product. She was on her second one after many years . So they are long lasting., The carafe holds up to 12 cups and of course the keurig side is single pods. There is a button to make ice coffee and one to make your cup stronger! Yummy yum! It is attractive countertop and it is a lightweight coffee unit.It is grayish black in color and cleans easily as you could imagine. We really like it so much better than the unit we had that started with a C and was not inexpensive. Thinking it will last us for quite some time. We really like it!

Al principio dudé hacer la compra por el precio, me pareció algo elevado en su momento. Me animé hacer la compra y la verdad, vale cada centavo. Es una alivio poder utilizar las k-cups y/o la cafetera regular según el momento del día y la cantidad de servicios requeridos. Todo funciona bien y súper sencilla de usar.
