Just invent it! I whipped a pint of double cream in the Kenwood , added 1 table spoon castor sugar, 2 tablespoons Tia Maria ( booze keeps the ice cream from being too hard) and 3 table spoons of this mix. Fold in with mixer at slowest speed put in lined bread tin, freeze! Serve with rich boozy choc sauce and hazelnut bits. You should be like Pavlov’s dogs by now. Adjust any of the quantities to suit your self. RG the mix is pretty sweet so you can move the sugar down..or up! Either way it is very yummy. Good luck. BTW total time; about 3 minutes!!

The ingredients in this hazelnut praline paste are: sugar 50%, hazelnuts 50%. This hazelnut praline is far superior to the Kinder Bueno cream which only contains 10.5% hazelnuts by weight. The product description for the IRCA parline noisette is as follows: Fine cream with soft taste composed exclusively by caramelized sugar and roasted hazelnuts to be used as excellent ingredient in fillings of pralines, "tartufo", creams, ice-creams. Storage: at least 15 months in original package in a cool (20°C) dry place. Stir well before use.

I'm not so sure it would be successful. Not something I've tried, but it is a thick gooey paste so I probably wouldn't recommend it - also an expensive experiment?
