This is a really versatile gourmet cooking oil. It has a delicious flavour and toasted nutty smell. A subtle flavour ( not just a nutty taste) and seems to work with just about anything from frying an egg to pouring on ice cream, Seems to work well with curry and pasta. Have purchased this a few times and now always keep one in the cupboard to try on new dishes. It is also supposed to have some excellent health benefits. Arrived before expected.

Too early to tell yet if it works as I am drinking it for cholesterol but I am also using one for scars and it really works bought that one in Marrakech would definitely keep buying it for me and my sister who is also impressed
