These seem to be good quality and very digestible for me. A full serving is 6 and these are large 00 size capsules so if you have a problem swallowing those or that much, these might not be a good fit. The label states a wide variety of organ meats. I don't know if all that is necessary or the proportion of each as stated is a good amount or not. However, you can only get just so much into any capsule so the amount of liver is far less than other brands, which I've seen up to 3000 mg. So if liver is what you are looking for, this is a very expensive way to get it. If you are looking for a variety of organ meats, it could be an option. These are very expensive though so if you are needing bang for the buck, consider whether you could be okay with straight liver capsules with 5-6X more liver at 1/5 the price. Also worth noting is the volatile price of this product. I put it in my shop and save for $37 and by the next month, it went up to $53. Curious, I clicked through to the product and saw it listed there for $47, so o canceled and resubbed. My daughter also saw different but similar price explosions in her shop and save. I prefer to buy products that I don't have to wonder if I'm getting yanked around from month to month so I'm canceling since I've lost trust in the experience.

I learned about Optimal Carnivore from a YouTube video on Mikhaila Peterson channel. Previously I had been taking One-A-Day Men 50+ for many years and when I started it, it seemed to lift my mood slightly. When my first bottle of Grass Fed Organ Complex, Desiccated Beef Organs - Beef Liver, Brain, Heart, Thymus, Kidney, Spleen, Intestines, Pancreas, Lung, Ancestral Formula arrived, it was Saturday evening. I was fearful of just diving in to a new supplement so I took two capsules Saturday evening. I woke Sunday around 6 and took another two capsules. I was having problems at the time of anxiety. And before the anxiety set in a few weeks previously, I was generally apathetic. You might call it depressed. I had been like that more or less since 2012. When I woke Sunday, I had just a tiny bit of anxiety and by 9 or so that had dissipated. I was in the more familiar apathetic or depressed state. But by noon Sunday, less than 24 hours after receiving the supplements and having taken only four capsules up to that point, even the apathy and depression had lifted. I've since gradually moved up to the recommended six capsules per day. It hasn't been all pink cloud for the entire three or four weeks. But very often, I would say it is about 90% of the time, I feel more normal than I have since around 2012 when a major conflict entered my life. I have done other things in the process as well. The problem is that most multivitamins contain fillers and synthetic forms of vitamins that our bodies aren't as efficient at absorbing. It took about a week but now I notice a big improvement in my energy and my mood when I take these every day. I tried stopping them for a few days to test out if it was a coincidence and definitely did not feel as good as when I wasn't taking them. I highly recommend giving these a try! I liked these so much that I bought the brain nourish supplements and will be trying that out soon as well.
