Science in Sport GO Isotonic Energy Gels Mixed, Mixed Flavours, 7 x 60ml

I’ve bought these several times now and they’ve become a reliable option for both running and cycling. They’re reasonably priced, the packaging is strong and I’ve found the sachets hold up well without bursting in pockets, running vests or cycling jersey carry bands. The flavours are fairly mild, which I actually prefer during longer sessions. Even the flavours that aren’t my favourites are still easy enough to get down when you need the energy. Most importantly, they’ve always been easy on my stomach and I’ve never had any issues using them during training or longer endurance sessions. Convenient, dependable and good value, so I’ll continue buying them.

Really impressed with these...easy to use, decent taste, and they work fast. Perfect for quick energy when i was skiing. Some might not like the "jelly" texture though

These gels are great and provide some energy. I was expecting to feel more but they do something! They are really easy to use and taste nice! Will say if you haven’t used them before, they are weird at first but really good once you get used to them!

They’re not the cheapest, but the way they work is brilliant. Great hydration, easy to take while running, and no need to carry a bottle with me. These helped me finish my first 10K charity run with zero stops, thanks SIS GO! Price to quality is spot on, they are tasty and they often run good promos too. Long shelf life, and every time you see them lying around they remind you to get out and train. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Great value, prompt careful delivery

These are helping me so far with running my 2K to 4K runs without getting cramps. Thank you.

When i did the Spartan obstacle race a couple of years ago, I really suffered from cramps on my legs. My friend has a couple extra energy gels which I had that helped me recover quickly and complete the race, it was quite effective and kept me hydrated as well. Since it was my first time, the taste wasn't pleasant, but now looking back i see the pack i had was blackcurrent, which isn't my fav flavour. I have now bought a pack of 15 so I can carry these during my trip to the Everest base camp. this pack is value for money and easy to use each of these on the go and of course not to forget it has lots of health benefits too.

The gels are decent. The ingredients are OK and you don't feel the effect as much. They taste as the flavour describes it, fruity! They are easy to swallow and do not need water to get through them. However, I had an issue with my order, one gel was removed with the package open, and I could not return it, unfortunately.

Easy to get down, helps in my long runs. Taste is fine and I personally don't really notice an aftertaste

Ordered in May 2025, received the products that expired in October 2025. Only 5 months to consume the whole box.

Impeccable pour un 1er marathon ! 1 gel toute les 45 min

Very good items and good service
