Can it be used on live acne?

It can be used on acne and open skin. It stings a lot for a few minutes on application to these areas, but if you can take the initial pain, it definitely does help with bad and infected acne type skin.

Will this work on dark marks left by eczema?

You can certainly try and see if it does .I think it may will .it's unique chemical works very good and resurfacing the skin to new good luck hope it works .
