Hi, Is this product good for using to get rid of spots on the face and spot marks left on the face?

Not good for getting rid of actual spots but good for clearing spot marks

Will this help reduce the visiblity of my acne scars?

I am prone to outbursts of acne and I am naughty squeezing them. I have a few acne scars and I use this to help reduce scarring, and it does work with it being applied correctly twice a day. But, like another person has said: It's not a two week process, it takes time.

Is the packaging factory sealed?

Mine was not. Looks dodgy, smells and feels dodgy. Money gone down the drain. Never buying from here again.
