Jif Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, 40 Ounces (Pack of 8), 7g (7% DV) of Protein per Serving, Smooth, Creamy Texture, No Stir Natural Peanut Butter

First you should know, that I eat abnormal amounts of peanutbutter. Basically I was so tired of seeing empty shelves at the store, & I was absolutely miserable without having any peanutbutter. Also I must mention, I only really care for fresh made or Jif... So Keep your Skippy, etc. I was extremely happy to find a case of Jif natural on Amazon!! These are the big 2 lb jars & you get 8, so it’s a total 16 lbs of peanutbuttery goodness. I was not paying that much attention and thought they would be regular size, but since it’s large jars it’s a way better deal. I gave 2 jars away to my neighbors because they could not find any either. As for the rest, they are for only me, as I eat a lot of peanutbutter, so they will definitely be used. Also chunky natural Jif was not available at the time I ordered, they only had creamy (which is more versatile if incorporating into other dishes, so it’s fine with me). This peanutbutter is delicious as always, so if you are a peanutbutter-a-holic like me, then I highly recommend getting this case of ginormous Jifs.

When I opened my second container, there was fluid inside on top. I looked at the expiration date....Jan 2020. There is no way I will finish all six containers in 5 months. It breaks down that I'll have to use a container every three weeks. I predict that I'll have at least 2 containers left at the expiration time. I wonder how much fluid will be left will be in each container when it is opened. I'll never di this again.

I was tired of only being able to find this peanut butter in 12 ounce jars at the grocery store. So I figured buying 8 - 40oz jars would last us awhile! I think this natural variety of Jif has a deeper roasted flavor than regular Jif, and I like the texture better too. I like that it is a "natural" product, but I wish they would eliminate the sugar in it, as I eventually may have to switch to brand with no sugar. I appreciate not having to stir it every time I open the jar, and having jars in the pantry big enough to last longer than a week.

I got the pack of 8 and all 8 required a lot of stirring since there was a LOT of oil pooled at the top when first opening. Then when you get to the bottom, the peanut butter is super dry. I tried shaking the jars before opening (didn't help). I also tried storing them upside down for a couple weeks before opening (didn't help). I'll probably choose a different brand next time.

This is significantly thicker and harder to spread than Jif regular creamy. It is also slightly less salty.On its own (eating it out of a spoon) it has a really nice roasted peanut flavor.

After I ordered this it dawned on me that purchased enough peanut butter to last me over 6 months. LOL Great deal, and great product. Thank you Amazon for having this on your site. I am going to have fun with my peanut butter sandwiches and hot coffee for breakfast for a long time. ROFLOL

We ordered a quantity of eight jars; price is comparable to the supermarket's. My husband loves Jif peanut butter and I prefer fresh ground, so this natural Jif is a perfect compromise. No separation and less sugar and all the flavor!The shipment arrived quickly, well packaged.

Product came all sealed and good consistency.In past I’ve seen peanut butter with too much oil but this last shipment it was smoothed out and creamy style peanut butter as advertised.I’m glad they fixed this quality issue with making sure there is no oil sitting on top / old inventory
