Clearspring Organic Miso Johsen Brown Rice Unpasteurised, 300g

Excellent miso, from a very reliable company. The sodium content is high as with all miso , so I use it sparingly. Healthy for the gut and tasty too.

This Miso has great flavour and consistency; apart from using it as a healthy drink, its also super tasty on toast.

I use this miso a lot as a healthy flavour enhancer in my cooking and soup noodles

Pervious jar lasted a year, to marinate fish/meat, tablespoon of this, table spoon desert wine (cheaper than miran), some soy sauce and garlic, leave 30 mins, then grill

Highly recommended, really love the taste. Never had an authentic Japanese Miso soup before, but I can imagine its pretty similar.

Umami (savoury) drink, soup base. Gut - friendly bacteria supports intestinal biome. Add to boiled water which has been allowed to cool slightly for a healthy drink.
