NOT UNIVERSAL
NOT UNIVERSAL. DOES NOT WORK! I have tried everything from changing batteries to attempting to finds setup codes nothing works. Money wasted!!!!!!

Universal Remote Control for Toshiba TV Remote Control
Although this wasn't advertised as specifically suitable for the Toshiba UF3F model I took a punt on it as it is described as 'Universal'. The Toshiba TV does offer an option to pair a remote control but after 8 attempts I gave up as it was failing to be recognised. I've had to put it down to experience that universal doesn't necessarily mean universal. Consequently, I can't offer a true opinion of this remote's functions but can say that the one thing in its favour is that the buttons are well spaced out and easily readable unlike the original that came with TV. Had it worked the £8 cost would have been a reasonable price to pay.

Isn't universal - doesn't work
Unfortunately this controller wouldn't work with my UHD Toshiba TV. I tried several batteries and nothing happened, I used both 1.5v and others I had, yet the TV didn't respond in anyway shape of form.Swapping them back into the original remote and zero problems.The advert states it is universal and specifically mentions UHD Toshiba TVs, it isn't.
